22/1/2025 19:48 | Realistically what’s the prediction for end of year price. Mine would be 70-80p if they complete the phlebotomy testing deal and get the go ahead to help reduce GP waiting lists along with Boots | tia01
22/1/2025 19:45 | Control How many shares you got then | tia01
22/1/2025 19:40 | £4.20 sounds good, I'm retiring if we get anywhere near that...!!! | control1
22/1/2025 18:51 | Spacedust What’s your take on this | tia01
22/1/2025 10:16 | I want minimum 700% after the share price hits 60p before news | spacedust
22/1/2025 09:23 | Chats suggesting a push above 20p and then news and fireworks | tia01
21/1/2025 21:23 | 1.2p for a share that went to 7p without any products other than Covid products and now the verge of multiple deals and a part of a revolutionary change to the MHC!. I see this as one of the most undervalued shares in the sector and if Trls can do 700% in a day on a deal with not revenue figures then what can MHC do. | tia01
21/1/2025 18:38 | Still only 1.2p in old money though, a way to go yet for most.... | control1
21/1/2025 17:19 | Another decent day with decent volume. I would hope for update this week or next week to keep momentum going. Positive news and definitely a rerate | tia01
21/1/2025 16:34 | difficult to know when the end point is- mid Feb ? Hope Im wrong though | keithadaz
21/1/2025 12:37 | My average is 60p. I sill make profit on mine. This yr | spacedust
21/1/2025 12:31 | Keith I do 100% | tia01
21/1/2025 12:25 | Maybe , and if so, my argument applies even more . just checked- I bought at average of 49p - cant see me getting all that back :( | keithadaz
21/1/2025 12:15 | Keith Look at Pennys history and track record and you’ll see and understand she is one of the smartest CEOs on the AIM. | tia01
21/1/2025 12:09 | Thanks for the info Tia. Topped up holdings now. Looks like they can take it private almost at a moments notice. | keithadaz
21/1/2025 11:50 | I hope you're correct Tia, but think the board wont have much say in it and the small ,longer term , investors will thus lose out Interpret the facts as you choose . i do take your point though, CEO and most of the board may be allowed to stay on , they seem to have a step plan for MHC | keithadaz
21/1/2025 11:23 | Keith If MHC were to get a takeover offer it would be from someone like NCYT who have connections to the board and see the potential benefits. I’m sure Penny and the would rather see the shares rise to a decent level like spike at 60p! and use use the share price as leverage and raise funds to take over companies struggling rather than be taken over | tia01
21/1/2025 11:17 | Keith Look at the government plans to cut NHS waiting lists and phlebotomy tests announcement and if you need more evidence than that then I feel you need a wellness test yourself. Just kidding but seriously it’s all in the plans which Penny has explained in the investor meetings | tia01
21/1/2025 11:07 | Takeover talk is trash. Stephen and Donald ordinary investors like us placing their investments on info in the public domain. Yes I believe deals are being negotiated with boots etc that involve phlebotomy test etc and could involve some tests being added to the pharmacy first list. A takeover is possible but why would the board entertain and offer when things are just getting started to realise shareholders value. The important thing is to note how prudent and professional Penny has been and steered MHC through a transitional phase from Covid to a major player in the wellness testing space. She hasn’t tried to expand into supermarkets like competition and stayed loyal to Boots and clearly has a vision and plan to execute strategy. I personally feel with a market cap of 8m and cash in the the bank of 5-6m given pre covid orders and good take up of HIV tests we should be on a valuation of at least 4x market cap but what do I know!. I’m invested and actually in profit because I’ve been averaging but will I sell. Not a chance at these levels as MHC is a dream share with a healthy balance sheet, prudent board in a field that has the ability to be a market disrupter in the NHS/GP waiting list saga. Each to their own but share demand is high and limited stock due to large shareholders buying will support higher valuations as shares rise. Good luck and Gos bless | tia01
21/1/2025 10:56 | tHere ye go im imagining this , mercia dont own any part of it. 2 people havent ammassed a significant part of the company, now with a non existent mercia combined holding of over 40% .The stock price doesnt deal in 'spikes' . I dont know whats going on, wish I did -- id buy more shares tbh, but am trying to read the evidence as best I can [ I really, really dont want to buy more stock unless its a cert, and its not {quite} imho] | keithadaz
21/1/2025 10:36 | Keithadaz. What are you talking about ? “The company seems to be in play and the board powerless to do anything about it” so are in a mess ??? Just make it up as you go along why don’t you. So according to you, there is a takeover going on that we don’t know about ? No one knows what is going in but to also say the board is ‘powerlessR You have no idea what is going on and seem to come to the factless conclusion that the company is in a mess ! | billy3
21/1/2025 09:35 | Tia: the mess is that the company seems to be in play and the board seems powerless to do anything about it .. Your comment about a divvy- would that work to try to save it- is that what you're meaning ? Ive never been in the middle of an unfolding takeover before so unsure what to expect [ apart from the classic , buy, wait for it to settle, buy again, negotiate with major stockholders, then pounce with 40-50% premium on price at the time] . But for a company with such a small market cap, seems a bit, well, overkill [update on my thoughts, it is overkill and they dont want the expense of an outside M+A team. In which case the purchase would be a lot slower, which explains whats been happening over the last few months maybe ? ] | keithadaz
20/1/2025 20:19 | Spacedust Let’s see what happens when update falls and deal with Boots announced A dividend would be a bonus but suspect they with use cash to expand without dilution or if they offer a small dividend it will attract investors and push price up. Allowing a capital raise at much higher price. Who knows | tia01
20/1/2025 19:52 | No debt Cash rich. So much so they are pondering about divi Revenue increased 1000% plus Profit increasing Name me 4.other aim shares like this apart from TLY. Usually debt maiden, asset less, revenue less, profit less garbage on aim.spike to thr moon | spacedust
20/1/2025 19:07 | Still has a market cap of less than 9m!. No debt Not many many shares in free float! | tia01 |
