Blimey Pwhite being positive about something.
This is similar to widecells/iconic labs in my opinion but without the dilution.
We probably have a once in a lifetime opportunity here!

I suspect Resolutions 2, 3 and 4 were voted down by the directors after discussions with the major shareholder. So another source of finance has clearly been agreed. No reason now to delay the announcement of the new director from the Sheikh's office. I also suspect the current board will be stepping down.

Agree. It looks like a poke in the eye for Stefan and Richard as they were trying to get options at .14p as compared to the current market price of 0.3 or higher. Would have been money for old rope.

Resolutions 2, 3 and 4 not passed. This is excellent news for you guys. Looks like the Sheikh has blocked the issuance of any further shares for working capital and management incentives. It does suggest to me the incumbent management are about to be booted out and the company overtaken by the Sheikh and his team.
