23/5/2019 08:56 | You know red I probably think along similar lines, particularly given the divi record. Will reinvest this in to HSTN most likely. It was only a very small holding for me. QP, nice timing as you bought fairly recently reading your posts. | essentialinvestor
23/5/2019 08:51 | What a shame, but at least there is a good premium in the offer. Rupert had a big incentive to get a good deal - 12,251,734 family held shares! Hey ho... | redartbmud
23/5/2019 08:50 | What a surprise today. 57 years of Mucklow is coming to an end. I've held for 22 years and it's not really something that you can replace in your portfolio. A sad day. I am a shareholder in LondonMetric as well and they are a good company....but I'd rather keep my Mucklow shares really. Oh well, never mind. Short-term it's a 20% uplift. The Mucklow family have probably timed this to perfection...selling out at near the top as industrial assets are now the top performing real estate sector..how times change! They are rolling over 2/3rds into LondonMetric so they are obviously confident on their more diversified prospects. | topvest
23/5/2019 08:45 | Nice morning for all MKLW holders - well done all. Looking for something similar for my HCFT holding; though possibly too small... | skyship
23/5/2019 07:17 | RECOMMENDED OFFER. 20% PREMIUM. QP | quepassa
07/5/2019 14:22 | A week ago, 29th April. Peel Hunt issue a broker note: INITIATES COVER with ADD RECOMMENDATION and TARGET PRICE of 590p. This is very encouraging to see some new broker coverage. Peel Hunt see some 10% UPSIDE to current share price. Hopefully Mucklow will soon be retesting last summer's all time highs at 570p and smash through. Certainly Mucklow has suffered from low market visibility. Having highly regarded Peel Hunt on board will improve matters markedly. Mucklow remains a hidden property gem in a niche which has strongly come into its own with the unstoppable growth of on-line and consequent requirement for warehousing and distribution facilities. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
03/5/2019 08:12 | Good rebound from 480p in January to near 550p. | quepassa
12/2/2019 08:23 | All looks good. Increased rental income, good cash flow, properties in development. Plenty of value and slow stable growth. | shieldbug
13/11/2018 09:55 | Update looks fine, steady as she goes as normal. Low vacancy rate Cautious about Brexit but no significant problems forseen. | stevegrass777
05/11/2018 19:23 | A tad disappointing I would say, but at least Rupert Mucklow is staying as Chairman. I'm sure they will recruit someone to do similar things. | topvest
05/11/2018 15:06 | Anyone any comments on today’s Board changes? | sleepy
29/10/2018 10:55 | Thought this would come back a bit as mentioned. | essentialinvestor
15/10/2018 12:03 | This is the ultimate buy and forget stock. However, I think lower levels will be available. | essentialinvestor
15/10/2018 10:52 | So what happens to the warehouse that used to supply sears then. Do the simply become redundant and worthless? Or do they get repurposed into online distant selling supply chains ?Your maths dont add up. | my retirement fund
26/9/2018 14:24 | Looks like it wants to retest prior resistance. Should turn right around and start climbing after that - or so I expect. | from8to800
06/9/2018 09:10 | I see no reason why AJ Mucklow shouldn't be £6. It has traded at above NAV before as its such a great company and so well run. | stevegrass777
04/9/2018 22:20 | topvest - you refer, very correctly, to the remarkable non-dilution of shareholders. Perhaps equally remarkable is their share issue some years ago at a premium of, from memory, c 40% to asset value | sleepy
04/9/2018 19:31 | Great company this one. I'm not quite this old, but I note that they have a 56 year dividend increase or hold record (with 51 increases and 5 holds). Fantastic for a property company...there are only a few that have survived without diluting holders through a rights issue to survive at some point. | topvest
04/9/2018 15:36 | Superb asset performance; dividend increase a bit parsimonious! At this stage perhaps share price up with events... | skyship |
