The Company was informed on 15 February 2023 that, on 14 February 2023, Mr Michael O'Connell, Finance Director of the Company, sold 28,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a personal holding at a price of 590 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr O'Connell purchased the same number of Ordinary Shares into a ISA and SIPP in his name at a price of 590.1 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Mr O'Connell's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged and comprises 1,604,195 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.8% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury).
