I doubt if the update was intended to be issued immediately after 31st .Could be another week at least before the update arrives.

Isn't news on Strategic Review overdue??? 31st July 2019???Strategy UpdateThe Company also provides an update regarding the restructuring of the Group and its areas of focus for new business going forward. The Company expects the restructuring plan for the Mporium business to complete by 31 July 2019.

Very good point Astral.How Many shares of companies have we all bought in the past only to find a placing shortly after to bring down the price! That's another plus point of this company that there is a much lower chance of a placing here.

Another point is that they now have sufficient cash, according to the circular, till 'late 2020' and, who knows, could well be way beyond that if things go well.The important point for us buying at these levels is there ain't going to be a placing any time soon to take the wind out of our sales as they've just done one!

Looking at the placing document a reasonable amount went to existing shareholders like Allay and Keith.They ain't going to be selling out for a few %.Also the initial raise was for around £1.5m but that got upped to nearly £2m due to strong demand.I guess placees must have been very happy with the picture that was painted.

Very difficult to ascertain that Pre but judging it doesn't take much to move the price , i would imagine not much placing stock remains or at least strongly held.

any ideas on howmuch of the recent 1p placing stock remains ? some of it forward sold into the rise perhaps

Good summary goodbloke.Yes, since the note there has been the restructuring halving overheads and the sale of the loss making division and the cash raise. One would think the net effect is very positive.Having said that brokers tend to be conservative at the 8p target was when the shares were 4p or whatever so would be no surprise if they had a new target of 2p or 4p or whatever and then they can raise the target with positive progress. Brokers like to do that.Bottom line is around these levels there's a few bags here at least and can argue the toss when we're in the 2p-4p range.All looks good to me.

The research note came out on 4 April so allowing for the extra shares in issue the 8p target is about 6.5p now I reckon which is still excellent reward if it’s reached.Obviously the target was based on the info available then so hopefully with the latest news from the restructuring , the revenue since then together with forward guidance let’s hope the target will be revised upwards!
