Posted at 18/11/2019 10:25 by geoff_all What are your expecting him to tell you, stock? He'll be bound by rules about engaging individual investors with sensitive information. If he did speak to Amir about VAT, that will be a big issue for Tom - as they haven't announced anything. Are you certain he has? For me, the VAT is a big factor in all of this, and I just can't see how it will have been resolved so quickly! |
Posted at 14/11/2019 08:55 by cg1953 The ALLAY deal absolutely needs investigating. If I remember correctly it was going to be immediately 'cash generative' and MPM would no longer need to continually raise equity/funds !!! Now which Directors, past or present live up & have business interests in the North East.? Who brought this deal to the table ?? Qui Bono is the question everyone should be demanding !!! Wake up everyone MICRO MOMENTS INDEED Its gone and it ain't coming back...... For the past 3 or so years this Company has totally misled/duped investors. MPM is NOW in ICU Say your prayers because Sadly and Inevitably its RIP I do Wish folks here would look at the last 3 year RNS history as a Quoted. Its been a scam from start to finish as a publicly listed entity. That is not so say that some 'value' does exist in its constituent parts hence folks will obviously keep working until that profitable or good prospect part is sold by the Administrators/Credi Much more sophisticated investors than most have got fooled here.Including myself. And certainly more than some who post moronic comments here. Look at the History. The shares issues at upto 15 pence with the false accompanying statements. MPM is the proverbial crock of s..t !!! MPM should be subject to a thorough FCA &/or a criminal investigation. I have already reported to the FCA & other relevant authorities my serious concerns. I suggest all others who agree with me here and suspect MALFEASANCE write to whomever they feel best to bring about an investigation. I remain particularly interested in former director Mr Barry Moat and his involvement |

Posted at 29/10/2019 16:13 by cg1953 I have written to the 'appropriate authorities' regarding what I think are very worrying [to put it mildly] aspects about MPM and its recent history over the past few years or so, and since some prominent investors became involved. Not least Robert Keith, John Drinkwater, & Barry Moat at the outset. I know they ['the authorities'] have noted my concerns, but it maybe just too small to warrant a thorough investigation. The totally misleading RNS over the past 3+ years, the share issues, the deal with Allay...........so much makes no sense whatsoever when taken all together. Sad to say I don't think MPM will ever return to market, but Halloween is shortly upon us, so who knows. I should add; am more than a few hundred K down on this one...............Me I used to call myself an experienced investor......that is until I had a bad habit of listening to stockbrokers...LOL |
Posted at 28/10/2019 14:38 by cg1953 Perhaps all investors here would be well advised at this sad stage to observe the dismal experience of major & experienced investors Robert Keith & John Drinkwater over the past 3 years. This whole entity is a total shambles of misleading and untrue RNS, and quite possibly fraud if anyone can be bothered to investigate. [Am guessing its just too small] Quite where the truth of the entire story of MPM remains hard to see. This company will never again see the light of day. Like so many, I have lost a small fortune. Amen |

Posted at 30/9/2019 12:01 by astralvision Flashheart I like your theory and you could be right. But even if they didn't have the acquisition it looks like MPM would have needed 'emergency' funding as results say need cash in October. So this is more or less a rescue package funding with an interesting acquisition in there as well. As such the investors in this placing would know that and would demand a massive discount to the then current share price MPM must have known they were running out of cash, that chairman's daughter buy and the investment fund buy look spectacularly miss timed. The question now, assuming the fund raising and acquisitions through, is are the shares a buy, hold or sell at current levels?Clearly investors at 0.5p reckon they are a buy. There's new management in place, overheads are cut and they should stand a chance.Against is that the cash raised might only last a few months then, unless things have gone really well, they could be back with the begging bowl and another discounted placing. They really do seem to burn through the cash like the clappers. It's not an obvious one to me. On balance think I will hold and see if they recover somewhat. |
