Are you gonna start posting "someone wants in here, buying 100k", or do you just analyse the sells?

Someone wants out here, dumping 100k in last few days. Does not bode well esp that we have not heard about contracts for ages. Cash flow issues soon?

Clearly, they are struggling to finalise the contracts or else they would be shouting from the top of the roof.

From half year report just over two months ago:-

Connaught Access Flooring Limited ("CAF") and Mountfield Building Group Limited ("MBG") are both performing strongly and have a combined order book of £9.1m which is scheduled to be delivered in the remainder of this year and next year. In addition both companies are in the process of negotiating or in tenders for substantial new contracts.

"Substantial new contracts" 2 months is not a long time in negotiating these sort of contracts.

Just so people can get a balanced view this is the article from Graham Neary in Sept 18Half-year ReportThis is a new one for me. We had a few reader requests so I'm happy to take a look!It consists of three businesses that provide:data centre installationbuilding work, employing skilled labour and subcontractorsflooring installationThe highlights are very encouraging.H1 turnover up 56% to £8.9 millionH1 PBT more than doubles to £700kOrders higher compared to those held at the same stage a year ago.Drilling into the segmental analysis, the big win was in construction which went from breakeven last year to a PBT of about £450k this year, on greatly improved revenues. The balance sheet has negative tangible net worth and a large build-up of receivables, and is partially funded by borrowings. So it's not too pretty. My view - I imagine that these shares could easily re-rate higher when people have digested the earnings that are likely to be achieved in full-year 2018 and 2019. On current trends, it's going to look very cheap in comparison to a £5 million market cap. While it may have individual merits, it's not for me simply because this is not a sector I want to get involved with.Incidentally, I wonder what the long-term trend for data centres is likely to be. Are they likely to grow with demand, but then eventually shrink as less space is needed to store the same amount of data?"

Recall the article from Graham Neary: "The balance sheet has negative tangible net worth and a large build-up of receivables, and is partially funded by borrowings. So it's not too pretty."

So, if they can't win contracts, things could get very messy, with the weak balance sheet.

This one has been a bit leaky in the past and with someone dumping in the last few days, there could be bad news around the corner.

With no contracts having been announced recently, could Brexit be affecting the company? Balance sheet not pretty, so could drop to less than 1p if there is any sort of warning from company.

perhaps if they requested their Nomad broker to publish a broker report on them, then they may get some Inst'l major s/holders invested into them

Thanks A25 sorry I hadn't checked in here for a few days. For a CEO that's not out of the realms of common sense..they seem to do a fairly good job. Just wish the market would wake up to the P/E ratio..
