Share Buy Back and Cancellation
Mortice Limited (AIM: MORT), the AIM listed security and facilities management company, announces that on 16 August 2019, in line with its share buyback program it had purchased 4,371,809 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 12 pence per Ordinary Share.
All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under the Exit Facility are to be cancelled upon repurchase. There remain 3,758,946 Ordinary Shares available for repurchase under the Exit Facility.
Following the above purchase and cancellation, Mortice has 46,492,898 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue and no shares held as Treasury Shares.
All defined terms in this announcement will have the same meaning as those defined in the Circular dated 15 July 2019.
