MONTANARO UK SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
The Company announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held today, all Resolutions were passed on a show of hands. Resolutions 1 to 10, Resolution 12 and Resolution 14 were passed as Ordinary Resolutions and Resolution 11, Resolution 13 and Resolution 15 were passed as Special Resolutions. The Resolutions and the proxy votes received are set out below:
