Directorate changes
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Catriona Hoare as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 19 November 2019. The Chairman, Arthur Copple, said: "Catriona has extensive experience of and expertise in investment management and I am confident that she will be a great addition to the Board."
Ms Hoare has been an Investment Partner at Veritas Investment Management in London since 2013. Prior to this, Catriona was a Fund Manager at Newton Investment Management.
The Company also announces the resignation of Kate Bolsover as a non-executive director with effect from the conclusion of its Board meeting held on 19 November 2019. The Chairman said: "The Board would like to express its sincere thanks to Ms Bolsover for her significant contribution to the Company since her appointment in 2014 as non-executive director and senior independent director."
The Company is further pleased to announce that James Robinson, currently Chair of the Audit and Management Engagement Committee, will now also act as senior independent director with effect from 19 November 2019.
