Directorate Change - Appointment of Sarah Warby

Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Warby as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2018, subject to regulatory approval. She will be a member of the Audit, Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Board.

Sarah was marketing director of J Sainsbury between 2012 and 2017. Previously, she was marketing director of Heineken UK between 2008 and 2011 and prior to that had senior marketing roles at Scottish & Newcastle between 2004 and 2008.

Announcing the appointment, Bruce Carnegie-Brown, Chairman of the Company, said: "We are delighted that Sarah has agreed to join the Board as a Non-Executive Director. With her experience of leading marketing teams within retail and consumer focussed businesses, she will be a valuable addition to the Board."

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R relating to Sarah Warby.
