PP - The US wells are a decent cash cow but not massive. Even in my most optimistic moments, I doubt if there is enough spare cash to do all/some of the options that you present. If there is, then it makes their strategy of taking on more debt look a bit odd. Why take on more debt in a rising interest rate climate if you have spare cash?, Especially if that cash is trapped in country. Surely you would just use your cash in the same country and hope for a change in the law? Also, re GreenHouse/Atom...initial capital outlay will be required. I don't remember it being obvious if ATOM had interco loans to PPC.

Further...Where do you think any initial stage funding for Greenhouse projects will be coming from?

PP - With the bulk of our cash generated and tied up in Argentina and PL stating that they can't get money out of that country, how do you propose to pay for the buy back or dividend. Also if they had tons of cash lying around why has debt increased? Also, Also the costs for the Paraguay drill were quoted a year or so ago, how much do you think those costs will have increased by in 12 months. We are having trouble sourcing a rig which indicates high demand, high demand will mean increased cost to secure. Yes/No?
