The medium to long term prediction is for the share price to fall, but there's a chance that they'l spike on trading...If they don't spike up then it'l go on a death spiral!!!...

No, not panicking - I'm very comfortable with where we are, and the conversation I had
He was very approachable, and had time to discuss whatever issue was put forward

Confident the deal will be done, and that it will have "significant shareholder value"

I also raised the question of the recent downward spiral of ROL share price - He didn't really know enough about Robust's activities to comment, given he is with Mentum.

He also commented that it was unlikely a further RNS would be issued (this has been internally discussed), until something of substance can be provided

So, We will all have to wait a little longer before things are ready, but by the sounds of it - it will be worth waiting

More importantly I like the fact they are very comprehensive with their due diligence

Morning All - Okay just spoke in reasonable detail with Trevor Well @ Mentum - he is technical side.
General share price - They (Mentum's lawyer's) had a general tick kist that needs to be dealt with from day one - most of which was signed off, I understand that there are now just one or two item's left, they are currently waiting to hear from the lawyer's in Kyrgyz to satisfy the outstanding list - I raised the question of whether it was a potential deal breaker - response was no, just want to make sure everything is belt and brace's.
Once done (which he is expecting to have been by the end of the weekend) the admission document is then put together and sent as a schedule 1 to Aim for their approval that all the detail required is included (this take's 1-3 days for them to turn around). At that point we will then have the admission document in the public domain and the share will have its suspension lifted.
IMO the earliest date we will see this back on the market will be the end of next week.

ASX has required that ROL retract that portion of the above announcement that relates to the Scoping Study on its Romang Manganese project recently completed by independent consultants Equant Resources Pty Ltd referred to therein, together with the production target and financial forecast referred to therein upon the basis that such study and its forecast results are based on an inferred resource as opposed to a JORC indicated resource.
