“Join the dots” huh. Spotty JR is a serial failure. Jelly works failed. Mode failed. Redwood bank is failing. And whatever comes into mode next will also follow that path.

They are already £1.6m in the hole on convertible notes (aka death spiral finance) that is being renegotiated, plus they have to cover the £6 million of operating expenses that spotty JR and his cronies suck out of this adventure every single year.

Mode is a debt ridden values pile of lifestyle pish. Good luck if you think that people will just pile money into this and not expect anything in return. Existing equity will end up being diluted out of existence IMO.
