Are you aware of the rule change regarding which auditors companies are required to use and how few there are available etc. this isn't just mode related and most investors should actually understand this, if not like the termite probably best to keep their thoughts inside their tiny brain. What do you want an auditor for? Doyou think an auditor is going to discover it was all just a mistake, and Mode has a balance sheet stuffed with assets and is actually operating a profitable business, but no one noticed?

Gone straight to CVA without administration. Risky but money could be made here if the stock is not suspended. The only hope is another company is after the listing but the risk of suspension remains high.
