Posted at 19/1/2024 13:51 by dave4545 Stupid markets and players no investors just traders. They'll not touch a dead stock but if this spiked 30-50% buyers all over it I remember the last time it hit 10p offer the buys flew in then they all sold for a loss the next day when it did not go higher |

Posted at 09/8/2023 17:00 by mattjos Assuming the deal does go ahead, & given the comprehensiveness of the recent filing it does now look like they have got the structure sorted and are virtually good to go, it's going to be really interesting to see if the new business can achieve the kind of Revenues it is forecasting. To scale up from a standing start to those sort of Revs would be mightily impressive and also a big validation of the MBO software platform. I agree it does seem rather fanciful but TETE & MBO would not have set such a huge Revenue target unless both parties had a certain degree of confidence as to how they would achieve it. I think the market senses 'something' extraordinary may be / is in the offing here & it is clearly not going to take much buying to propel the share price markedly higher, particulary given the tiny free float and the fact the share price is pretty much 'bombed' out still. That said, according to the company website, there are still 3,475,159 shares held by Interactive Investor so still a few PI's have kept the faith. As a quick reminder: Issued and Paid-up Share Capital of 106,298,780 Ordinary Shares. Significant Shareholders (3%+) comes to 80,133,778 So the 'free float' is only 26m shares but, likely less once you factor in any other decent size holdings that have either not breached the 3% level or not declared such. On a sleepy summer day like today with just 725,253 shares traded, that is still 2.7% of the free float being traded. The price is always set at the margin and in this case, it's the slimmest of margins that determines that price & hence the volatility. Anyway, I've stayed in throughout all the price volatility as I believe there is still a very good chance that we are (finally) witnessing the emergence of something extraordinary & if that is the case then there may/should be a complete bunfight amongst others wanting to get hold of some shares - one only has to look at previous volatility to get a sense of what that process will do for the mkt cap of the company & this thread will explode with new posters. |

Posted at 01/3/2023 10:39 by davydoo TETE share price creeps ever higher, I assume because the company is earning interest on its cash pile before it deploys it. Not sure whether original investors can sell in the market, but the calmness bodes well. Hopefully news soon |
Posted at 09/1/2023 14:33 by candlestick1 Need a two-thirds majority on 18th to pass the extension. With the Founder & Placing shares guaranteed to vote YES, and a strong likelihood that the supportive IIs will follow suit, there shouldn't be much to stop the vote passing. Possibly 2 or 3 more II investors should do it, but I'd expect the YES vote to be in the 90s |
Posted at 15/12/2022 19:04 by firestorm911 Good evening all genuine peopleI think it will be time to buy back again; excellent price now—shame about the chasing rampers coming at 15p. However, I dislike P&D chasers on my shs, so I did sell with circa 150% profit. I had higher hopes till they started cutting and pasting repeatedly. These idiots came after a 160% rise. I do not like to listen to hardcore investors; they are disillusioned, and that's why most are down heavily. This is SEAQ stock; an auction means nothing. It went down on low volume. Buy in lots of 4-5 time ems, 20K shs a go. Hoping to start accumulating circa 600K-700K shs. GLA, keep the patience. |
Posted at 27/10/2022 22:53 by mattjos The only thing that Allenby has ever done is to issue a couple of 'Speeding Ticket' RNS, for fear of a hand-slap from the regulator if they did not do so.The "We Know of no reason' cobblers is a perfect summation of Athanas & Allenby - they do indeed know nothing. Just a bunch of second-hand car dealers with a city address. DYOR & it should quickly become obvious that the market is still hopelessly out of kilter with regards a genuine & sensible valuation for the equity in this company. Equity here should be valued more like £1+, imo. The big seller is out and there are some strong signs that a few long term investors have arrived/increased their holdings. Inevitably the herd of new traders here will have their 20% on each move up before swiftly moving on so, expect some continued daily volatility & associated muppet posts but, the dominant upward trend should be clear for investors. |
