Exercise of Warrants
Total Voting Rights
Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, is pleased to announce the exercise of warrants by investors.
A total of 5,100,000 warrants exercisable at 0.2p per share, and 11,061,946 warrants exercisable at 0.113p, have been exercised.
A total of 16,161,946 ordinary shares of 0.01p nominal value each ("Shares") have been issued following the warrant exercises, and application has been made for these to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to be on or around 8 December 2020.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the Shares as described above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,176,236,750 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 1,176,236,750 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
