When did I ever produce an OTT.100p target? You mean the CEO or a certain ramper?
What's clear is that some deramping posters love bad news and appear on bad news days like flies towards a bad smell. So easy to appear and post on a poor RNS. Perhaps some get a kick out of being so negative all the time.
Most of us are adults and can tell the risks of investing on AIM. Btw after CAKE and MYSQ is any company 100% safe?
Why are directors being allowed to get away with it?
Agree though that the CEO salary is 200% higher that it should be.

Yes a mixture... But previously it was all positive. And it ended in a sh1t cart. With negatives now included, the directors are starting to face reality I can see this being 0.3p before Xmas. We know a fundraising will be coming, but I find it hilarious that the same people who continue to cling onto any positivity here, we're saying only months ago how the cash position was strong and no funding would be needed. Errrrrrrrrrrrrm... Your previous 4p funding and ramped targets of 100p are looking ludicrous now, as the next placing could end up being 0.2p or less. But you keep following the twitter rampers hahaha

We all knew there would be another fund raise - what do you expect with AIM?
Read the whole results - a mixture of positive and negatives elements in the statement imho

I DID TRY TO WARN YOU Overhyped "potential" customers in India, was pure ramping hype.. Revenues negligible, and overheads huge in India. Nobody would listen. Looks like it's dustbin time for mos.

"The Directors have prepared a cash flow forecast which indicates that general working capital requirement are likely to require a further funding round within the next 12 months. The success of the previous equity funding rounds and access to other sources of capital supports the Director's reasonable expectation that Mobile Streams will have sufficient resources to continue in operational existence throughout this period."

Wonder if those who took part in the fundraise at 4p will be happy to part with more cash .... ?

Will need further funding and ever decreasing rev -

Buckingham salary 229k is a bit much and soon it could be curtains for that salary -

am i correct in thinking .....total trades on:

16th Oct - 2 trades - value £600
17th Oct - 0 trades
18th Oct - 0 trades
19th Oct - 1 trade - value £533

22nd Oct - 0 trades ....0 quid!!!!

I think this might be the end ....as per my recent post ...i think they need to raise £1m quid ...but this volume is so low I don't see them raising even 50K right now.

Meanwhile Simon Buckingham is taking home £236K per year and flying 1st/business class????? his expense to business must be almost 1/3 of current market cap!

Totally agree, this stock was widely traded many moons ago. They are operating on their own terms and build positions and wait for spikes or troll behaviour.

More meaningless rns's. No figures related directly to the company. All generalised rubbish littered with "could be". Again mos releasing a meaningless rns into a bad day on the markets to try and buck the trend. This company is chewing through cash but revenues are negligible. India will only be worth it when the time arrives where their profits there outweigh the huge admin costs of running their operation/foray in India. Until then, it's firmly in the red and will need further dilutive cash raisings.

Gordini Bentino , glad I am not in this share . So many AIM shares are run by clever people that know how to line their own pockets.

236K ! Lol , I am in PXS and the CEO gets about 90 K for a even worse performance, we have just learnt that he lives in Aussie !

hi yes ..unless i am mistaken results due tomorrow? for the full year

just a summary and some guesses of H1 results:

Up until March (six months):

India turnover was 330K (H1 2017 113K) so growing rapidly - my guess @£800k for the full year.

LA turnover was £1.47m (H1 2018 £3.4m) so declining rapidly - peso has collapsed since March so I think this could be a shocker - my guess :£2m for full year

so I am calling it @£2.8m turnover - so @£1m gross profit after COS.

Sales and marketing was £440 1st half so maybe £300k 2nd?
Admin was £880k 1st half so maybe £600k 2nd?
total £2.2m S&M and admin full year.

Operating Loss in H1 was £650K - I think that full year MOS will be doing well with a loss of £1.2m ...but could be higher (£1.5m max???)

But.....

Trade and receivable were £1.26m and cash was £1.4m 31st Dec - £2.66m
Trade and payables were £1.5m and Current tax liabilities £267k - £1.77m

I think MOS's future as a going concern depends on how viable that £1.2m of trade receivables is......as with that full year tax bill of @£450K cash could be effectively zero.

happy to hear comments and would like to see others have a stab at results up front.

test

just a final comment MOS current value is £0.8m and Simon Buckingham remuneration last year was £236k ...nearly a third of the market cap!!! and that ignores the cost of travel and expenses!

race against time to generate ebitda in India to offset head office opex. don't have much visibility into India, waiting to see. Argentina is breakeven so fall in peso should be a wash (revs and costs down). will be useful to see head office opex run-rate Jan-June which is first half year period reflecting cost cuts.
