LOL, all resolutions passed to screw the current shareholders and allow new shareholders to obtain discount shares.

Excellent, let's have a 10% rise in share price. lol

There's some cruel manipulation going on here.

"A journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step." - Indeed, unless you're travelling over water, through the air, through space, etc!

They apparently had cash in the bank, they didn't need to do this fundraising now! If things were going to be as positive as they said it would, then they wouldn't have needed this extra cash at all!

SB to Shareholders "Merry Christmas, I've halved the price of your MOS portfolio"

So we have shareholders see the share price overnight and asked to pay 4p a share to keep this going. They can't currently sell those shares and if they could currently worth 3.5p.And it was oversubscribed. Who believes that ?Broker taken on the stock for huge fee, so gross placing of 1.2m, how much net ?

Glad i didnt put to much cash into this . At the time of buying er i bought TCG under 80p now just under 90p. and AMUR a little over 5p now 12p. Will use losses er to ofset gains there. Amur share price is looking to move sharply higher on iminent positive news.....GLA dyor of course.Shame this company is not what it seams. I should have looked closer at fundementals but was to hasty buying in on the recent rise and thinking this could be a med to long term investment sadly not. Still holding at present. Looking to sell soon.K

Adding to Hippo's post 20106...it's worth adding imo some old news from Zamano....there was a regulation change in USA & in an instant it made their USA business a dead end...

And IPF is down 30% today & more before due to changes in rules hitting margins...

Risk....should not be forgotten..

Assuming Argentina continues shrivelling....MOS imo has no stable turnover....none. ...another red flag imho...

Once you get your 4p shares you can sell 'em for 3.5p with a bit of luck - not bad for an AIM share

But the model does not work in developing countries, it has failed in every market, other than Argentina. The operators in Argentina automatically enrolled new phone users into the service, through small print. Telefonica were in undated with complaints and the model collapsed. In India they are spending over a dollar, in order to secure net 30 cents of lifetime revenue. So again no one is staying with the service and therefore unsustainable. In reality the business is bust and they are asking mug punters to keep the gravy train going.Of course SB will buy a few more shares, he offloaded several million pounds worth, at the same time misleading the market, and of course he is drawing 300k salary in the US.

I think the reason why they have issued shares at 4p is because market cap at 4p is £1.4m which is close to its net asset value of £1.56m as at 30 June 2016 considering company had cash of 1m as at 10 Nov 2016. It must have a net asset value of £1m or higher. The company has a potential and that is why investors are willing to invest £2.2m. I can see share price only going up. I think in India there is less loyalty to app distributors such as android and AppStore is less than in the uk. I can see their subscriber numbers will only get stronger in 2017. This model only works in developing countries. I can see this share above 6p by end of Jan 2017. I can see why there is investor who are willing to invest in this company. Everyone likes a bargain

A wham bam punt !!
Insanity imho
Placing at half the mkt price.
Price then falls below placing price.

How many big red flags do you need ?!

Sure, a % chance it could go up.....but absolutely f#@$!*ing everything screams "down"......I really cannot understanding anyone punting this after falling as it has and with disastrous news from India ( for old MOS followers the numbers from India are a disaster....& hardly pay for the office rent imho...)

PS....he was wrong about Snoozebox & ENTU...once both labelled as buys...now toasted...& currently he is underwater on his original buy price at MOS.....(imho he knows little MOS & less about digital technology etc etc...imho; but to his credit he has in the past said that for him its just a small punt for fun...ie. any MOS loss is irrelevant for him...
----

I had some risers today.....buy decent stuff and you are much more likely to be 'lucky'.
Buy loss making AIM punts.....good way to loose money imho.

When these we 80p, we always said 240p. Just on Argentina.

India could be absolutely massive, crazy it seems I see back to 100p, 2016/17

Having got sufficient cash to meet needs for some considerable time I would expect the MOS share price to slowly recover from here. If MOS circumstances noticeably improve then shareholders could see a larger gain than presently expected. I gather Paul Scott is a holder. It is the usual risk/reward situation. This appears to be a punt with great potential. Time will tell as they say.

CEO must of give a presentation to the fund managers who took shares at 4p. They must like it. So perhaps light at the end of the tunnel.
