Ah yes, this bit. ... "The Company now expects its revenues will be lower, and its EBITDA loss and operating loss for the current financial year to be materially higher than its previous expectations."And...."The Company anticipates releasing its full annual audited accounts and report for the year ended 30 June 2016 in late September or early October 2016."

At beginning of September your CEO stated.... "Whilst we are still in the investment phase and there is still some way to go before our operations in India will be breakeven on a cash basis, we are now at a point where we have a good understanding of our key metrics "You aren't profitable, and won't be for some time as India subscribers are very slow to arrive, ie just 50k in 9 months..More funding WILL be required as cash is almost gone. You WILL find out in the results coming very soonHave your finger hovering over the button.I will be proven correct yet again..

As Buckingham said in your last update about India...There is some way to go before you are breakeven.!!"Whilst we are still in the investment phase and there is still some way to go before our operations in India will be breakeven on a cash basis, we are now at a point where we have a good understanding of our key metrics "Cash raising is still needed...Font be fooled by the ramping crew.

I'm still wondering where the pie in the sky potential users are being calculated from?Potential here sounds like near damn the whole population....which is never ever goung to happen.India is a much more developed and tech savvy country than most of the ignorant developed world give it credit for.... However, it is also a highly populated country with a polarised class structure.Yes, in the major cities you will have a high percent of potential users, with a young and educated and rich enough populus..... but away from the cities, where a higher ammount of the population is, there is just not the coverage or usage of mobiles, and although still well educated, there is much less ability to afford. And this is my problem with the 600m now adjusted to 900m "potential" users which your ceo shouts about as if it's even realistic.. It can't even be classed as potential. If he had said the population is 1.2bill and we are hoping a more "realistic" potential 20% of the populus 240m may be able to or want to use the service, then I would embrace his ambition. But the pumping crew know you're never going to hit that sort of potential customers, yet they fire off those figures on bulletin boards because they wish to pump the price for their own gain. What is wrong with being truthful and saying were hoping to be available to 240m, Instead of pumping it up to a completely unrealistic 900m.Is 240m so embarrassingly low that you dare not even mention it.?

Better news?Where?Oh in 9 whole months they've secured a maximum of 50k one time users. So revenue of $50k.From a potential 600mNine months for all that.???!!Costs will be many multiples higher just to operate and pay wages to India staff.Facts are, the next results due within a couple weeks max, are for the previous period upto July. Thay have already STATED they will ve reporting a significant LOSS for that period.Any post period end news may give an indication on India, but they've alrwady you'd you that figure too. It's a DIRE outlook for the present. The future could be promising, but for now this will be loss making and require further funding.
