18/4/2023 07:50 | bluesky, you are wasting your time. He simply doesn't understand and never will. | dubois
18/4/2023 07:38 | blueskyaim...copy and pasted from the RNSs. Took a minute or two. Just showing that every previous exciting new business has crashed. The evidence is there. | purchaseatthetop
18/4/2023 07:25 | blueskyaim....that last post is just funny. Given that every single previous amazing new business development has crashed and burned why would you expect the NFT lark to do anything different? Weird that the offer never appears on the website but suddenly is listed as sold out. Mnnnn....makes me wonder. 25/3/21 Krunchdata £1.5m: "The Board is pleased to announce this agreement with KrunchData. It removes a significant risk by securing access to and the rights to full ownership of the Krunch platform and intellectual property, as well as removing the potential future costs of the revenue share arrangement, whilst fully aligning the interests of the Krunch team with the Company. Based on the expected growth of the Streams Data business, the terms agreed are highly attractive to the Company, with the aggregate initial consideration below the level of the revenue share expected to be paid to Krunch under the existing arrangements in 2022 alone." No growth. £120k extra IT costs. No extra revenue. 31/3/21 Quanta £720k: "We are delighted to be expanding our partnership with Quanta. We feel there is significant scope to grow the business quickly and we are focused on delivering that growth as quickly as possible. This deal will enable us to leverage our legacy assets and platform faster than previously thought and deliver even more value into the business. QMGH also has very exciting plans to enter the global iGaming lead generation market, bringing yet more scope to grow the Streams data platform." No revenue at all. All money lost. 11/2/22 Livescores £200k: "We are extremely pleased to have someone's with Tim's ability on board. He has great experience in the I-gaming sector and I look forward to us working together. His significant abilities will be a big help as we continue growing around the world and expanding our offering." No revenue. Now Tim Scoffham has another Livescores earning for him. 11/7/22 Agencies £500k: "We look forward to working on both the existing pipeline of NFT licences and future opportunities with both PAS Kisisel Asistanlik Hizmetleri Ltd and Andrea Olmedo Lopez. Following the recent contract win PUMAS, and with the support of our partners, we are now very well positioned to grow our presence in the Web 3.0 content, digital merchandise and NFT space." Supposed to be 30 deals but nothing profitable provided so far. | purchaseatthetop
18/4/2023 07:07 | Amtech - has it occurred to you that MOS may use the Grand Prix itself for PR and Brand Awareness ? put it out now and it will be forgotten by then but promoting the brand at the Grand Prix in front of everyone to see is a whole different matter, clearly no idea about marketing reach have you ? | blueskyaim

17/4/2023 22:04 | Trawl sandpit man | tommyknockers1
17/4/2023 22:02 | How many F1 experiences have they sold at what cost, do I need to trawl the dark web to find the massive brand awareness campaign? | amtech1
17/4/2023 21:49 | The only scam here is you amtech1. You have no credibility left sandpit man. You are as some might say a Colin. | tommyknockers1
17/4/2023 21:48 | Have you actually looked at the carp they sell, got to laugh at the suckers that buy into this Is that right amtech1 as you haven't seen the 'carp' Heroes is selling. You cannot even find the F1 NFT's. Hysterical my sandpit man. | tommyknockers1
17/4/2023 21:22 | Seems like it's carp that people are willing to pay $1000's for like high level hospitality at a Grand Prix or Golf Event or a utility NFT oh but hang on are they because it's all a scam apparently according to you - may I ask your reasons for your bitterness towards the company, lost money, ex employee or just an altruist ? | blueskyaim
17/4/2023 21:12 | Have you actually looked at the carp they sell, got to laugh at the suckers that buy into this | amtech1
17/4/2023 21:08 | As I said I do however you need to respect the other side of the argument as well, whilst I respect you might understand accounts it's clear you don't understand the Tech sector nor NFTs nor what these companies are worth. | blueskyaim
17/4/2023 20:41 | That’s fine.it is just my view. Respect that. | purchaseatthetop

17/4/2023 19:48 | Try looking at these two links and it might give you some idea what MOS might be worth to someone as a brand and going concern with its own platform | blueskyaim

17/4/2023 19:46 | https://www.coindesk | blueskyaim
17/4/2023 19:45 | Yep just your view - if you can't see why then that's your issue - do some research into NFT companies. | blueskyaim
17/4/2023 19:36 | Bluesky. The net assets of Krunchdata were £794 when MOS paid £1.5m for it. Because they bought it as disclosed in the latest accounts IT costs rose by £120k due to having to do activities previously done by Krunchdata. At the same time gross margin collapsed despite the idea from the purchase that gross margin would rise. Their own accounts say they vastly overpaid for it. Why would anybody want to buy out MOS? It has nothing anybody wants. Just my view. | purchaseatthetop
17/4/2023 19:18 | How is the money for Krunchdata thrown away - MOS own the whole lot lock stock and barrel including the IP ? - they wouldn't be doing any of this NFT stuff without it, IMO will seem a pretty cheap buy if someone comes in for company and wants the lot ! | blueskyaim |
