28/7/2022 18:48 | Shell and othwrs announced record profits... They sold at higher prices. All passed on to customer. The Same here. No free lunches! We are 6p off the year low tonight. Just a bizarre day, that’s all I’m saying. Should correct itself, over the next few days. Weekend media et al. Just means I have to add again in the morning. Lol | hubert18
28/7/2022 18:46 | Saudi Buyer present yourself and this goes to £4.00 Suddenly the same market anal’s will write positive spin on the previous BS to pump to £4 on how great the profitability is..lol Happens all the time... (And What If this is £2.00 next week) lol.. | hubert18
28/7/2022 18:44 | So far, they appear to be passing on all the increased costs and wage inflation through higher prices. Also if US economy slows then that should help with the driver shortage situation as unemployment creeps up - a rare case of a company that might benefit from a slowdown. | riverman77
28/7/2022 18:21 | Market is questioning the profitability with driver shortages and accelerating pay. May be worth a highly speculative punt at some point, if inflation begins to ease. | essentialinvestor
28/7/2022 18:18 | Daft market today. Can’t make it up...You would have thought £2.25 by close this morning Nonetheless huge opportunity to add on the cheap tonight. Strange one. | hubert18
28/7/2022 16:58 | Never thought I'd get the chance to add at 180 after those results. I saw it shoot up and thought I'd wait for it to settle down a bit, but didn't think it would come down this far. Pretty confident this will be at least 250p within the next year. | riverman77
28/7/2022 16:58 | 2000tober... Mad isn't it? Some nervy investors cashing in? | rcawthra007
28/7/2022 16:48 | Not to for it to be red | 2000tober
28/7/2022 16:42 | What were you expecting?....... | plentymorefish
28/7/2022 16:36 | Absolutely woeful after that statement. Looking to add now in my ISA in the morning | dope007
28/7/2022 15:21 | Reversal back up by close? | hubert18
28/7/2022 14:47 | We have Greggs? | hubert18
28/7/2022 14:46 | True mate... Russia, China, US, Japan, India, Middle East congloms...own the UK. Brexit won’t resolve our underlying errors or issues of the last 30yrs. | hubert18
28/7/2022 14:35 | None since we even sell off companies such as ARM and Meggit which is simply outrageous | dope007
28/7/2022 14:32 | £2.50-£3 after today’s results. Volumes are low purely on holiday season. Q) The only british asset we have left is...? | hubert18
28/7/2022 13:11 | Sold my HMSO - Hammerson In comparison this is better value. Topped up here at 1.86. Got a feeling we will breakway past £2.00 here. Pensions /funds will be adding these. Good safe stock as cheap travelling is back. | hubert18
28/7/2022 10:04 | Worth a top up when profit takers knock it a bit more hopefully | dope007
28/7/2022 09:29 | Top brass, this is a solid update. £2.70-£3 could be achieved now after todays progression. Hold. | hubert18
28/7/2022 09:23 | Indeed .... happy that I previously ditched my ROL and added to my NEX. ROL interims released today seem to indicate that their profit was only down to exceptionals. And given my and a relative's experiences on Diamond buses (ROL) then I have no intention of ever stepping on a Diamond bus ever again. Also had some negative experiences on NX West Mids previously - but all OK over recent months - NEX seem to have got their act together with the West Midland operations. To overcome driver shortage they are back to training up drivers for PSV licence (just like the 'good old days') ..... :-) | livewireplus
28/7/2022 09:12 | Profitability:) | figtree99
28/7/2022 08:58 | Indeed ... we look forward to the pipeline of growth opportunities that now stand at more than GBP 2 billion in annualized revenue. No specifics mentioned regarding the growth opportunities - previously they had mentioned they were short-listed for something in Dubai. Given todays ROL results then perhaps they can also pick-up Rotala for a song :-) | livewireplus
28/7/2022 08:48 | Very good statement and reintroducing the divi will be excellent | dope007 |
