Thinking about it re bsy, if Vivendi have agreed to sell their stake does this not mean a big overhang of stock. Anyone have any views?

DMGT has shot up today by over 10% on what doesn't sound to be particularly good news. Could be a big downer tomorrow though it is volatile. Anyone trade this one?

Looks like vod has failed again and indicators suggest it has topped out from this mini rally. Range from 145p down to 124p. Anyone short?

Covered Barclays for 127, Logica for 49.

Interesting quotes for barclays on CMC when there was recent rapid movement in the order book - CMC systems were clearly not keeping up - at least a 60 second delay for a 2-3 minute period, and they were trading at their quotes - got them back for all the times they've requoted me ;-). Level 2 really paid for itself !

Confidence figures "factored in" already, close enough to 100 and historical.
