Fundraising Update

Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc (MIG 2) , Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc (together the Companies) issued a prospectus ( constituted by a summary, securities note and registration document) dated 25 October 2019 (Prospectus) relating to the offers for subscription to raise , in aggregate, up to GBP38 million, with over-allotment facilities to raise, in aggregate, up to a further GBP20 million through the issue of ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of each Company (Offers and each an Offer).

The Companies issued a Second Supplementary Prospectus on 7 February 2020, which referred to an announcement by MIG 2 on 6 February 2020 of the MIG 2 Board's decision to increase its Offer size to raise up to a further GBP2.1 million, in the case of MIG 2 only.

That announcement on 6 February 2020 had stated that this increase was expected to be fully satisfied by applications already received in respect of the Offers. The MIG 2 Board is pleased to announce that this has been the case and accordingly this GBP2.1 million Offer increase has been satisfied and remains closed to further applications.
