The Company was notified on 8 May 2017 of the following change to Mr Bernie Boylan's, a partner of the Company's Investment Manager, Mithras Capital Partners LLP, and a PDMR of the Company, non-beneficial shareholding as a result of the Sixth Tender Offer of the Company which completed on 27 April 2017:

The number of shares held by Mr Bernie Boylan, registered in the name of Mrs Julie Boylan, reduced to 40,000 Ordinary 2p shares. This aggregate holding represents 0.40% of the Company's issued share capital.
