I'm with you timmujin, although Lo-q (now ACSO) was placed at 100p it went down to less than 3p May/June 2005 (at that price it had circa 16m shares in issue and was capped at less than £500k). I wish I'd held all the way up to £25! (£500m ish market cap) 3 price was paid in the same month as buying Yoomedia (now this mob) at just over 3p...lol. I've watched this for years and understand microcap movements, sometimes they're fleas for years. Have a look at Zoo...people missed that, then sudden re-rating (price will flex, strength will come from long term holders sitting to tight). Mirada has three elements I believe putting people off; History, primary shareholder being so quiet and debt. Maybe a few shareholders were miffed they couldn't average down in a placing recently! None of this bothers me and I've got a fair few now. Even on current news and trading I think they should be worth multiple times current price...but hey I'm not the market! Keep patient. All my waffling is just humbly in my opinion.

Perhaps dave, but pointing it out now seems rather pointless.I guess the fall may amount to little more than one punter deciding he/she has had enough. Volumes low.

Why did they not have a bash at that primary bid place at say 0.8-0.9p

Seems so many now use as a quick way to make a fast buck you are nailed on to get the finance.

I thought the financing news would be the start of better things but the terms
are indeed "brutal"...15% out of your profits on a low margin business is not the best.

Finance on fairly brutal terms. I guess that values the shares at less than 1p.

Pretty onerous terms to the financing. But financing it is.
Not sure about a big rise today, but let’s hope it’s the start of a secure footing.
A couple more contract wins would help.

looks like they are fishing for sellers last few weeks...luckily been trading the spikes and bought in again 1.1p...think i will hold now with trading update out in under 4 weeks...could get more contracts before then..not many free shares out there
