     COMPULSORY REDEMPTION NOTICE

    Mineral Securities Limited ("Minsec" or the "Company") advises that following the request from CopperCo Limited ("Copperco"), requiring
the Company to redeem all outstanding shares of the Company, other than those owned by CopperCo, the compulsory redemption notice was
yesterday mailed to every Minsec shareholder, depository interest holder and CHESS depository interest holder.
