Yes 2.3 million shares traded, value £150,000.

And the share price has fallen 33% in 2 days!

Not that the rise was genuine, volume was wafer thin.

Andy, I am not referring to the September report, I’m referring to the annual report and
$250k US pay rise to the CEO, now a total of $550k US plus expenses that is outrageous in comparison to other CEOs pay for a small company losing money.

The debt moved up $5 million too, that's a figure to keep an eye on.

Next results must be out soon, the cash and debt balances will be the focus, IMO.

All in all, the Business is still being run at a Loss then an no sign of ever getting at any Gold out of the new Mountain and no funding to do so still either.

If so, Please see below, I see theem as reduced YOY.




o Administrative expenses of $1.3 million (Q3 2016: $2.2 million).

o Loss before tax of $2.0 million (Q3 2016: 3.0 million).

o Cash balance of $4.2 million at the end of the third quarter (31 December 2016: $6.8 million).

o Debt of $74.4 million at the end of the quarter (31 December 2016: $69.2 million).

pays have certainly gone up close to 80-% increase how is this possible? Maybe ih 449565 can ask
Otto normally Otto would be criticizing CEOs and executives for the HUGE salary’s even when the company is struggling to keep
Afloat.....
Any thoughts anyone

I get most of my info from OTTO [IKN newsletter]he is very positive on the stock.Otto is hinting that Cofide and Minera may reach a settlement.All speculation but I think Otto is a straight shooter.Trading in Canada and BVL in Peru remains very light.Stock action will pick up by the end of January.

Of worked for all us shareholders, if Courtney had not of passed away unexpectedly Ollachea would be producing and extending resources and be worth US $500 million and upwards.

Finally ended the saga, that began as Hidefield gold in Patagonia.
Not a lucky story. Anyway managed to sell 2 parcels though iii, who were in the middle of merging with TD, & a new platform, just to make it extra hard.

Thanks for all the help on here over the years.

My sales channel was electronic via the Toronto CSE, thru the International Desk at my Dealers... I'd forgotten that they'd explained this time last year that the original, smallest purchase I'd made had been paper Cert based and they couldn't handle them. They must be shoved in draw somewhere. I sold the vast majority via the CSE and made a little profit, so I guess if anything really +ve happens with MIRL, these remaining paper Certs might eventually translate into some free money, one way or another.

Hmmmm ? Turns out I had a small holding in paper Certs still... forgot about them as I was rushing to sell everything at the end of 2016/start of this year !!

Only realised when I received the AGM voting stuff last week !!

What's occurring, are these now worth a small Fortune ?
