07/8/2017 17:45 | PROVEN LIAR | tevita
07/8/2017 17:43 | minera, Prioe back up, albeit on small volume. | andy
26/7/2017 11:15 | Andy, This has nothing to do with drill results, there is another group of people who are trying to bring down Diego which if successful will bring down Minera. We have to hope a white knight will finance the debt owed to Cofide and also finance Ollachea, there is plenty of companies circling to snap up the project at a bargain price as they know it will be a very profitable mine. Let's hope Diego and the board can find a partner/ investor so Minera will survive. | minera
26/7/2017 09:56 | Dave, Well there does seem to have been a succession of people after the asset, so it seems to be coveted, but they all want it on the cheap! There's two ways of looking at the COFIDE situation, IMO. 1) They looked at the latest drilling results and decided not to finance the project any further. 2) They liked what they saw, and opportunistically called in their loan in the hope that MIRL could ot refinance, and would have to hand over the asset as per the terms and conditions of the original loan. I wonder which it is? | andy
26/7/2017 09:22 | Thinks it's pretty much all or nothing. If deigo manages to get finance then no doubt aim listing and a much higher share price on all exchanges if not then there isn't many options other than maybe sell the asset? | investment dave
25/7/2017 23:43 | Dave, Yes, and it was 6 cents at open. The CSE is generally la ow volume exchange, and ow that MIRL are once again involved in yet another court battle, it's not really a surprise is it? A London listing looks as far away as ever. | andy
25/7/2017 17:17 | Wow just looked 7 cents !!! | investment dave
17/7/2017 17:14 | Dave, The IKN addressed the MIRL situation yesterday. Both sides have accused each other in newspaper ads! | andy
15/7/2017 15:15 | Dave, I doubt the story is attractive enough at this stage, and too many concerns over the loan and capex. I wonder whether the conditions of this loan were the reason they couldn't re-list on the TSX, or try and relist on AIM? I have always wondered what the impediment was, clearly a return to the TSX looked a formality, yet they went on the CSE instead, which made no sense to me. | andy
15/7/2017 12:41 | Other companies have Been in similar situations and managed. Agreed though you do have a point. Let's see if deigo can pull this one off | investment dave
15/7/2017 10:23 | Dave, I can't see any AIM listing going ahead whilst they're in the middle of a court action to protect their assets because they can't raise $70 million to extricate themselves from a loan situation they themselves freely entered into, can you? And then the small matter of another $140 required to finance the capex, they must be desperate to get back here to access AIM punters, because it looks as though they can't raise it in Canada! | andy
15/7/2017 09:53 | Q3 is when this is supposed to be listed on AIM?!?!? May have a dabble if it does | investment dave
14/7/2017 22:23 | DAve, Well that's around £5,000 on the bid at 8.5 cents, then the next bid is at 5 cents! it actually traded today! £700 worth! Stockwatch is (wrongly) showing it down to 0.005 cents! -7.5c today, but it's incorrect as the trade in question was less than a lot. 14/7/2017 19:23 | Andy not any more quite firm if you ask me 90k on the bid? | investment dave
13/7/2017 15:20 | loads, No, it's trading on the CSE in Canada. This can be quite difficult to trade from the UK, it depends on who your broker is. You would need to contact them to check. | andy
13/7/2017 10:28 | Sorry am very out of touch. Its not trading again on AIM is it? | loadsamonay
13/7/2017 09:42 | potter, Yes even El Presidents looks to be struggling doesn't he? The total lack of orders on the order book looks like a real concern, with only 2 orders worth a grand total of round £7,500 between 8 cents and 3 cents! This does look to be in trouble. | andy
13/7/2017 09:35 | VIVA LA PRESIDENTE !!!! LOLs | pottermagic2310
13/7/2017 00:05 | Dave, 5000 shares worth around £300 traded in the last 7 trading days! | andy
12/7/2017 16:37 | minera, Well I don't agree that the IKN guy is to blame, I think he played a part in awareness about Hodges. This looks a bit scary! Only 7,000 shares bid at 8c, $560, or around £300. Then 150,000 at 5.5c! TD Securities Inc.......3,000 0.08..... ..0.095.. 3,000 BBS Securities Inc. 12/7/2017 10:25 | Max, To be fair IKN called the Hodges scenario correctly, IMO, and the shenanigans, that lead to the resignation of the subsequent BOD. I think Ollachea is a valuable asset, and various parties are using fair means or foul to gain control of it. The actions of COFIDE could be the next attempt by a different party to extract the assets from MIRL. Quite how they can justify to a court that they should not lose the assets when they are in breach of an agreement they freely entered into is a bit puzzling, but I guess they might be accusing COFIDE of misleading them with the funding offer, although the conditions of that offer were known at that time. Either that or COFIDE no longer think the Ollachea is as valuable as MIRL do. | andy
12/7/2017 07:04 | Yes really good friends with him, in fact we lived together for a while and shared the rent | investment dave
12/7/2017 06:18 | Well said andy.....IKN called this wrong so very wrong as for Diego benavides disgusted what he has done for shareholders......ha | maxoscar1
11/7/2017 23:22 | dave, News is needed PDQ, the share is dying. There have been 5,0000 shares traded (£250 value) in the last 6 trading sessions! How anyone could think losing the COFIDE funding and having to replay their $70 million loan(which they currently cannot do hence the court case) was good news was stretching it, IMO. | andy |
