I have the certificate, I closed my iii account as I was paying 20 quid a quarter for no reason... have given up on trading. I think my average book cost was something like 13 or 14 please per share

I have something like 100000-150000 shares.

The offer is there if anyone wants to purchase at cost. Otherwise I'll wait til the cse listing and dispose of them via ig where I have an isa.

bvl has traded quite a lot of shares at a much higher price and looking at the trades there seems to be a fair amount of buying. Not in a rush to buy in at the equivalent of 12-13p anyway.

I suppose, however if the final confide loan is fully agreed that will shoot the price to a new valuation so what is important is MIRL lists asap on the London or at very minimum Canadian exchange to allow interested parties to buy, trade or even sell their existing stake.

Well they are trading with themselves, until it re-lists somewhere else.

I'm not going to chase the price, the CSE is a lobster pot like the NEX (ISDX) is here, low liquidity, easy to move a price around.

Never knew that listing or re-listing on any Canadian or UK Exchange was dependent on completing a listing or re-listing on some other Foreign Exhange... in this case the BVL.
You learn something new everyday.
Have to agree with the Blogger that the Company's Leaders (El Presidente) has definitely, very clearly put (a restricted group) of Shareholders first... wonder who they might be ?!!

Looking back at some Ikn correspondence (potters favourite), it states listing in Peru is the main blocker for Canada and London so maybe this is the forthcoming news."That's the first and most important of the five resolutions as passed by the BVL on IRL in that document and what it means is simple: The BVL has allowed Minera IRL to re-list its shares and start trading again. This is very good news, because this is the main blockage for re-listing in Canada and the UK, too. IRL is back, ladies and gentlemen and isn't it amazing that as soon as the bad boards of directors are removed, the paperwork suddenly goes through and the company starts putting its shareholders first. Must be a coincidence..."

Ps it's relatively easy to broker to broker transfers as well as I have done this 3 times in the past. Takes about 5 working days and good to spread your capital around.Kirk - what is this news then

To date we have not identified a single UK based broker that can BUY shares on the CSE.

TD did not do it the last time I asked.

Yes what is it? Can guess its just listing on Canada however as long as we can trade then that's good!Andy with you on that we don't particularly want the price to run away. Looking to build a fair sized stake in minera on a tradable exchange as personally think overall profitability will be substantial.Good news for me is on canada as some trading can be madeExcellent news is London aim market !
