Sorry Max.... not "wrong" about anything at all.
1) As an existing Shareholder, the only Business Plan presented by the most recent "Leaders" definitely (100%) stated they intended to pursue listing on an alternative Canadian Exchange first - they said that, not me !! How "wrong" were they to 'lie'?

2) As also stated above "...Somebody, supposedly not involved with Management of the Company but with "Contacts", has also declared publicly that MIRL may be re-listed on the Peruvian Market - I give this a 50% chance in 2017." - and it looks like it may well be happening tomorrow, if the translation of Sergio's post is correct. I don't know where Sergio has got that Post from, I don't know if the translation is at all accurate BUT I did say I that I personally believed there was a 50% change of it happening this year - HAPPENING... not less than 50%, not 2018, not "unlikely".

Do you own Shares in MIRL Max or are you just another one of these BB To$$ers who thinks having a pop is smart, when it really isn't ????

MIRL (On the Lima Stock Exchange)

By resolution of the General Intendance SMV No 136-2016-SMV / 11.1, it is provided for the suspension of the negotiation of the shares issued by Minera IRL Limited, having complied with submitting the documentation and information that said company requires to keep registered Its shares in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and in the Securities Registry of the BVL.


The negotiation of MIRL, will have the following indications:

A) Price formation in wheel of January 4, 2017.

B) If there is a reference price resulting from the formation of prices, from the following day, the value will be negotiated in the regular counted wheel segment RV1, meeting the criteria of band limits (+/- 15% over Reference Price ) And volatility auction.

I think this means that MIRL could be re-listed on the BVL from tomorrow !!!

Negociación MIRL (En la Bolsa de Valores de Lima)

Mediante Resolución de Intendencia General SMV No 136-2016-SMV/11.1, se dispone dejar sin efecto la suspensión de la negociación de las acciones emitidas por Minera IRL Limited, al haber cumplido con presentar la documentación e información que dicha sociedad requiere para mantener inscritas sus acciones en el Registro Público del Mercado de Valores y en el Registro de Valores de la BVL.


La negociación de MIRL, tendrá las siguientes indicaciones:

a) Formación de precios en rueda del 04 de enero del 2017.

b) En caso exista un precio de referencia producto de la formación de precios, a partir del día siguiente, el valor negociara en el segmento rueda contado regular RV1, cumpliendo los criterios de límites de banda (+/-15% sobre Precio de Referencia) y subasta de volatilidad.

The only Business Plan we actually know of, communicated in relatively recent times, suggests listing on an alternative Canadian Market first - I give this a 75% chance by February, dropping to 50% by mid-2017 (the longer it takes, the less chance IMO).
It's also suggested that may lead to re-listing on the TSX at a later date - I give this a <50% chance in 2017.
Somebody, supposedly not involved with Management of the Company but with "Contacts", has also declared publicly that MIRL may be re-listed on the Peruvian Market - I give this a 50% chance in 2017.
Re-listing on the UK AIM Market, less <40% in 2017 (and not likely in all honesty).
Being able to deal my Shares via a Canadian Exchange any time in 2017 - a 50% chance.
Being offered a reasonable amount for my Shares in some form of buy-back/ takeover/ Private Owner - 30% chance in 2017, 50% by end of 2018 (it's happened before!!).

Oh !!!... Happy New Year to all fellow Shareholders, may 2017 be gilt-edged... for a change... LOLs

"A requirement of the management of BVP", in otherwords they have been asked to provide them, which suggests they are working through the requirements to re-list,IMO.

There is almost no new in this Financial Results. The big diference is the institution where is directed, it begins:" A requerimiento de la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores del Perú,..." ... Looks like MIRL is acomplishing SMV requirements in orden to relist.

MIRL presents 3rd financial results to the SMV (Superintendencia de Mercado de Valores), something like SEC in Perú. I supouse, it is one more step to get listing in Perú BVL again.
