11/11/2016 16:18 | Let's be clear... the link above, yet again, is nothing more than the personal Blog of a disgruntled individual. I suspected previously that the self-appointed "President" was behind all previous Blogs of a very, very similar nature and this looks no different... same Language, same "us" used to imply the Author is representative of all Shareholders, etc. I've also long suspected an individual posting on this BB is an 'associate' of the Blog writer, perhaps even the same person. I would like to draw genuine (UK) Shareholders to a recent incident in Peru... the self-appointed "President" who is infact General Manager of Operations of the key subsidiary made an unapproved, public communication on MIRL's behalf, claiming MIRL was in the process of organising matters with a significant 3rd Party. MIRL has NOT confirmed any such arrangements or dealings with that 3rd Party. MIRL did NOT authorise that very public communication nor confirm any of it to be factually correct. "El Presidente" is playing games again as far as I'm concerned. As a genuine Shareholder, I've placed my Vote in the past week or so on a number of genuine MIRL matters. It comes as no surprise that a spurious Blog has surfaced, nor that a "new" Poster on here has surfaced too - frankly it's B#ll$hit !!! I also now believe there was some credibility this past year or so to certain claims regarding mis-appropriation of Gold Shipments or Funds related to such Shipments and I'm confident who the main suspect at the Helm will have been, if such fraudulent activity was taking place, as others suggested !!!!! All dodgy newcomers peddling Amateur far-flung Blogs on here are duly filtered... feel free to F#c£-O£& | pottermagic2310
11/11/2016 16:12 | dave It's from IKN, so as I trust him I believe it. I'll try and find out more..... | andy
11/11/2016 16:10 | dave, they were in London very briefly, and I assume they came to engage with institutions here. The presentation was a bonus, and an opportunity to meet them. If that came from IKN I would pay some heed, as he is in the know. If it did not come from IKN, I would be more doubtful and very cautious. | andy

They actually need shareholders for fund and they ain't going to get them if they wipe existing holders out | investment dave
11/11/2016 13:46 | Didn't any of you get the recent Circular and voting Forms ? I personally don't trust the post above at all ? I suspect very strongly that it's all about local people, with their own local interests at heart, making very over-inflated claims & deliberate scare-mongering. I would like to know who the original Author of that post actually is and/or who exactly is behind it ? I suspect I already know the answer !!! | pottermagic2310

11/11/2016 08:49 | Brian, As I trust that source, that is extremely concerning. I am truly shocked, I met them in London around a month ago at a presentation and they seemed very genuine in turning the company around. I hope the Peruvian shareholders can mobilise the local community to support them again. I was confused when they said they were going to list on the CSE, I think this news may explain why. | andy
11/11/2016 08:41 | KenJ49 Nov '16 - 19:58 - 4821 of 4827 1 0 Thanks for posting that information. Out of interest, do you remember the name of the person at TD that you spoke with? (You can PM me if you prefer). I want a reference point for the next time they tell me I can't trade CSE stocks. Also, did they mention the fee for telephone deals for CSE stocks? | andy

11/11/2016 07:19 | 11/10/16 Minera IRL: It's deja vu all over again After an interesting afternoon meeting with Peruvian shareholders of Minera IRL (who control many millions of shares) it has become crystal clear to your author that the current directors of Minera IRL, led by arriviste Derrick Weyrauch, is trying to steal the company and its assets away from the shareholders in much the very same way that the scumbag Team Hodges attempted to do last year. The method they're using is to try and push through some draconian changes to the company in the hastily convened AGM set for November 30th, which is set to do the following: Remove the company permanently from the London Stock Exchange. Remove the company permanently from the Lima Stock Exchange (contrary to their current corporate position). Give the board of directors, a group of people with virtually zero shares in the company, the right to allocate up to 115m shares to whoever they want and at any price they want without getting any further permission from their shareholders. Sell a massive part of the company's assets to their preferred friends at a near-criminal discount the true value of the company, all to the detriment of current shareholders. The group of Peruvian shareholders with whom I spoke today are up in arms about the way in which the directors of IRL, led by Weyrauch and the George Bee asset strippers and in cahoots with Rio Tinto, are trying to steal the company all over again. On hearing their case and reading through the 2016 Management Information Circular carefully this evening after meeting with the group of concerned shareholders, I am forced to agree. The Peru shareholders have decided to vote en masse against the current board on November 30th and in order to stop this legalized asset rape, they need everyone in The UK and Canada to know what's going on. Expect more on the subject. Share Links to this post Create a Link ‹ › Home View web version | brian boru

09/11/2016 19:58 | TD Securities are listed on the CSE trader list, yet when I asked TD Direct they said that it was not possible to trade on this exchange. As both these companies are part of the (Canadian) Toronto Dominion Bank, this seemed strange. So I contacted the CSE to ask them which UK brokers can trade CSE listed shares, and told them what TD Direct had told me. They offered to speak to the person at TD Direct that I had dealt with, so I passed on his contact details. A few days later I received a phone call from the CSE saying that I could do telephone trades through TDD, and to contact them if I had any problems with this. So while you cannot trade online, it should be possible for anyone with a TD Direct account to trade via the telephone. More expensive, but better than nothing. | kenj4
09/11/2016 19:27 | Pardon Dave? | andy
08/11/2016 14:23 | :-) Not all brokers in Canada can trade the CSE, so that may make for a muted start of trading, with most UK brokers probably unable to trade CSE stocks either. | andy
08/11/2016 11:24 | Yes ,it was certainly Ben (not Bill!) | coley47
08/11/2016 10:15 | coley, Was that a W28_BEN form by any chance? As Minera have stated they will initially list on the CSE, I'm not so sure all the UK brokers can trade on that exchange. TD can sell, but not buy, the last time I checked, although that may have changed. It must be at least a year if not more since I rang to try and buy a CSE listed stock. They said they couldn't buy but offered to sell the stock I already held! Given that I was ringing to try and buy more, to offer to sell my existing stock was quite an incredible offer for them to make! | andy |
