I think you will find deferred payments are because they take the income income incrementally (ie get paid upfront but take onto accounts in monthly, hence deferred). You might be referencing bad debt provision but that's just a detail. Back on filter with Chimers.

That's clever seeing it was trading at 8p in July. Referencing a different share?

"Was shorting it from 56p from April 4th 2017 closed it at 4p & new short opened July 2018 at 27.5p and closed today 😍... Will short again when it's above 20p later this year / 2019 as dilution will set in again"

I've been adding. Good to kitchen sink the onerous contracts. Renewal revenues going well, profitable, no debt and growth potential. Each to their own.

Not happy
Been in here for many years and retained a not insignificant shareholding which is now not much more than sentimental value. Rarely seen a day as bad as this and we have seen some with this company. Admittedly the new TLDs have not taken off as well as we were all hoping, but IMO neither the company nor shareholder expectations have been managed well at all. The signing of London remains the high water mark of the company but the onerous terms mean this now seems to be of negligible value and I can see us walking away from it. We had a strategic review promising a potential buy-out, but after a year we acquire ICM using much of our cash resources and issuing even more shares creating a massive stock overhang. And dividends?..not anytime soon with a negative P+L reserve of $10m. Maybe we will make this good in time, we got 300 new .work registrations today so that's $300 but a long way to go...

An intangible asset is an asset that lacks physical substance and usually is very hard to evaluate. It includes patents, copyrights, franchises, goodwill, trademarks, and trade names, and the general interpretation also includes software and other intangible computer based assets.
