I've cancelled my top up order as I believe we will have lower entry price ... Share price seems to be going nowhere even after sjlawley bought more ? In fact it's had a negative effect on the share price lol . 6p sounds ok

Toby did say by xmas 2017 VIP would be above 1m sold ?? Looks like he messed up as a year on VIP is not selling well and dweill on LSE has say that it's hard to sell any VIP domains now at a premium 🤔.. same old story from Toby and MMX Jam tomorrow every year .. Nobody even knows the share exists other that the us lot of mugs who ave been tucked up many years now & the porno rubbish has opened up a can of worms or should I say Toby should step down as zero shareholder value after 2 years

Probably best to wait as your be able to buy a lot cheaper soon lol .. Top up at 6.5p
Or patient buyers will wait until 6p as Toby obviously not interested in a low share price ? He would of updates us mugs on news if he had any

So donuts has been sold. 8 years after starting out its plan.

Presume Abry were bidding for MMX also. We turned them down. My view, they'll be back.

Thoughts on the various pts raised
Several points raised:
1) TH and MS are EXTREMELY concerned and Interested in PIs not just institutions, I have seen that first hand.
2) TH took over early 2016 and has transformed the company under very difficult conditions from almost a zero trading revenue company with huge overhead to a properly run revenue generating company with REAL nett profits as evidenced in the difference in YE 2015 accounts to 2016 and 2017. An impressive feat in my book.
3) the fact that the share price hasn't followed that turnaround(so far) is a mystery but is also an opportunity and thats why the ICM holders agreed to a mainly stock deal (vs other ALL cash offers) so that we could enjoy significant upside(hopefully double) over the next couple of years as the management team deliver on their plan. That is also why I have purchased since closing well over 1.4 MM shares for cash at 7p a share...
4) I dont expect h1 2018 to tell much of a story as the rub of the business is all H2 based but as someone pointed out the ex ICM holders and the PI's control a LOT of the stock now so the balance of any "power" has changed.
5) Remember , I am from this industry and know ALL of the other competitors and can judge TH and MS against their peers along with the respective performance of the MMX portfolio vs other gtld portfolio owners. MMX is doing just fine against that backdrop by ANY measure.
6) As mentioned before I did not ask to go on the Board of MMXs as I have full confidence in both the exec and non exec directors but please be assured the ICM "group" and others known to me speak for almost 30% of the stock and if at any time we lose confidence in the management team we will let it be known.
7) that point isn't now or anytime soon, but perhaps a year from now TH will have been in the seat 3 full years and we should be able to see the fruits of the plan coming into play and perhaps a dividend of 0.4p per share
Please let TH and MS and the rest of the management complete the full year of 2018 and into 2019 until we pass judgement. As for director share buys..... as far as I can see TH and MS are professional managers with reasonable salaries for that they do and families with kids at school etc to pay for. is it really important that they dig $20-50K out of their pockets to buy shares at this time? Their options are worthless until and unless the share price improves and I am sure they are doing all they can to achieve that. I know first hand that they are working extremely hard and diligently.

Director/PMDR Shareholding

Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited ("Lombard"), a person closely associated ("PCA") with Henry Turcan, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has informed the Company that it has sold a total of 2,276,268 ordinary shares at an average price of 7.6 pence per ordinary share for a total aggregated amount of £173,876.69 following the redemption of a sub-fund.

Lombard Odier now holds 130,723,391 shares representing approximately 16.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
