With Eastman on board...think not. Of course Eastman et al are still making a fortune...what is the share price of their holdings...ah... "Mila Resources, a natural resources sector focused company, is pleased to announce it has today published a prospectus (the “Prospectus221;) in connection with the proposed admission of the entire issued Ordinary share capital of the Company, consisting of 23,200,000 Ordinary Shares at a placing price of £0.05"...made their money...under sharia law they would have their tongues and hands removed...possibly more effective than the FCA....

Well...no one interested in the track record of Anthony Eastman...hopefully no-one gets ripped off here...Eastman has a track record of it (of course, the Mila resources website profile of Eastman omits all of it)

Ummm, what about Continental Coal (ASX:CCC)(In receivership), Nkwe Platinum (ASX:NKP), Centenial Resources (ASX:CTR)(In administration), all with a long list of disgruntled shareholders. Read pages 15, 17, 21.

Perhaps MILA are not ... well you make up your own mind.

Don't forget Range Resources that all but went to the wall due to inept management and death spiral financing loans with Lind. Take a stroll over to worldstocks to gauge the mood there when you ask.

The prospectus does not list a comprehensive history but does say a number of AIM and ASX companies so people can research those separately to see exactly which companies they are.

I have looked at the listing prospectus and I dont see any of the detail on Range resources, Okap ventures etc that point to Mr Eastmans association with the disreputable management, and practices. associated with these concerns when under the stewardship of Mr Eastman and Mr Landau.

Such omissions do not engender trust and faith.


However, best wishes with your venture, but I shall post on bulletin boards to ensure the unaware private investor is aware of Mr Eastmans associations and track record.

Despite today's drop on a quite small volume (again) interesting after hours buy at 16:39 @ much higher price (7.50p) than a closing offer price of 6.75p. Maybe there is something going on in the background that we don't know about yet?

Patience required as always. Small two-day drop on low volume and rise on much higher volume. Mila gets more attention.

Waiting for the outcome of another shell investment in LVRT (suspended pending rto talks) made me slightly nervous
about embarking on a second shell co - nonetheless have bought MILA and added just now at 6.80.
