Day traders here are desperate in a panic to try and make £50 beating the mm's all piling in and then all selling on the shake most of them for no gains.

Why not just hold a while

Yes indeed, very little availability.
There is only 9 lots on the ASK, with six of those for only 1500 shares each, one of 5000 shrs and two of 10,000 shrs = 34k in all, a miserly total.

Highest is a 1500 shrs lot @40p.

Once last few traders have sold, this is only heading one way. Cannot buy a bean at any volume. If only people had a holding strategy of more than a few hours/or a day or 2.

Always makes me laugh when traders who paid high 40's on the news now sell at low 30's
and they sell at 32.5p when it's 2500 max buy at 34p

33p to buy is the lowest share price showcasing on the ask.
However, that's for a mere 1 x 1500 offer and after that it's 34p and above.

Guessing the 75k seller dropped 1 more lot that allowed a few to buy in this low.

Looks like funny business still going on.

Trading has just started, 2-3 trades and already dragged down. Someone wants this lower. Now all gains wiped out. So this so call company changing news has added NOTHING to the market cap!!!

Fun and games!

Who would be selling at these prices after last weeks news. If you wanted to sell it was hovering around here before the big news!

Pull back on miniscule volume. Just washing out a few weak holders who probably bought in on the spike.

Look at the Market Cap, there's 10 bags in this at least.

Market was expecting this breakthrough, really, i think not!! Its a world first breakthrough, they seem excited and surprised at the breakthrough themselves! Would not have gone up 80%+ on the day if that was the case!

Agree d4545 - no one can hold longer than a day anymore! Hence the wild swings. Mm's work it to their benefit. Too many people trading on high leverage with stop losses.

Hope this really takes off, will leave all the traders with the inevitable regret!!!

I cant really complain, gives investors like me a real opportunity. In light of the transformative news, current price is an absolute gift. ZERO value added. I guess the smart will be buying right now.

There are many many companies without A WORLD FIRST TECHNOLOGY like MTPH worth multiples!!!

Not the case.

The problem is the market is saturated with day traders and pump and dumpers now.

No matter how good the news in any stock 99% of them will not hold, it might actually be 100%, so they all buy and they all sell, the trick is guessing where the bottom is on the way back down before mm's take it higher again and the traders all buyback in next time

So 3 months ago MTPH was around 33p, same as today, upto 43p in Feb. That was WITHOUT this transformative, 'first in the world' news. So basically at this moment in time, ZERO value has been added with last weeks news. fascinating!

Anyway the mm's seem to have done a good job getting this down so low after that news so I'm nibbling on the dips not sure where the low will be on this drop back

Agree, traders will be back very soon, once this starts flying northwards. The news is simply too big for a minnow like MTPH, big boys will soon want onbaord. Happy to wait here for the BIG rewards. Biggest multi bagger opportunity right now. 23m market cap vs total market opportunity of $154 billion. There 'breakthrough' last week is revolutionary, no other company or academic institution has ever achieved this, and high scalability. Its a World First!!! How many companies can say that! A true competitive advantage.

Guess the pumpers have all moved on as predicted.

They might return as it's NT to buy for 0 so mm's are short of stock so it might spike up again
