Bioprogress (a share on 'the up') have an option on Micap's technology which expires in a couple of weeks. A deal will push this up nicely - not a time to be out!

The Board of Directors of Micap, the UK technology licensing company
specialising in the micro encapsulation of active ingredients within yeast
cells, today announces that Dr Rob Rule and Dr Gordon Nelson are to step down as Main Board Directors of the Company with immediate effect. They will both remain in their Executive roles within the Company.

As stated in the Company's prospectus, the Company tries to comply, as far as is practicable, with the Principles of Good Governance and Code of Best Practice applicable to companies on the Official List of the UKLA (the "Combined Code"). Further to these Board changes there are two Executive Directors and three Non Executive Directors, of which two are independent.

I think micap has incredible potential, especially given their shares outstanding and that a huge percentage of o/s shares are closely held.

I think the potential will become evident in several months, not several weeks.

The issue is feelinlucky is nothing more than a little pumper dumper and until someone actually produces even a SAMPLE of a smoking cessation product and more than one consumer finds it palatable...this share remains highly speculative and subject to incessant unfounded ramping by the likes of the pumper dumper feelinlucky.
