Much be a boiler room guy, if he posts only MXC, I can only assume he's only Zomer payroll. Funny he calls others boiler room, when it's obvious he's one, he gets angry.


There are paid rampers on advfn, yorgi another afn professional ramper was named in a court filing, and a crooked company was paying him to ramp share.

For some reasons, all of Heatseek posts do not talk about why the share price is crashing, but always blaming others and it's always rosy.

The shares the subject of this notice were issued to the PDMR in accordance with a share purchase agreement executed by MGC Pharma and the owners of MediCaNL Inc in April 2021. The issued shares forms part of the purchase consideration payable by MGC Pharma to the PDMR who was a shareholder of MediCaNL Inc.

For those who don't know what Bad Robot is REALLY all about (he most certainly is NOT your friend) he is only on these share boards for a specific purpose and he is right, I HAVE been monitoring his behaviour (not just on this SNG thread), but thankfully he is very predictable, and follows a particular modus operandi - pure and simple he is a PAID FOR SERVICES SHARE BASHER. This behaviour is a type of market manipulation, and breaches the FCA code of conduct. Any collusion with him or his associates would be strongly advised against. The best course of action is to unfollow, filter and report individuals who's behaviour matches the following article.



I have intentionally not posted this on the other forums he frequents, as this could be misconstrued as spamming the boards (something he seems to quite happily do with apparent impunity) after this post I will no longer be posting specifically to this thread or responding, but will continue to monitor his posts across all threads and when appropriate, directly report his actions.

I think Roby set out the MGC stall pretty well, got several arrows on big value targets and agree pushing fact at phase 2 & 3 is no mean feat.
