My honest opinion banking license very hard to get. Metro bank , MCAP is 130m currently but it's license only could worth more than 500m at least WITHOUT COUNTING CASH FLOW

Any other time in history, a peer like Metro would have popped on news like this. The UK market is basically "closed" as far as small caps go. Nobody is even looking
