05/6/2020 22:13 | here, is the biggest pay day every year gap markets on first day of new year. gap downs for buyers. Mark out when price gets back to last end of year close. gauge the market. If you get buy call , hold they are proper returners | spartan attack
05/6/2020 22:11 | if you dont see value, just leave that space open for next week,. Book only needs be full when its full value then during the week? well, everything is planned. Neednt even be at the comp unless a bit of day trading get price alert, check market is as you would want it to be. yay or Nay week easy and time on weekend is not wasted. you've planned execution price, stop price, time to move to breakeven , initial targets etc if it doesnt occur , or price alert received but market not right, that work will probably pay another week or month anyway | spartan attack
05/6/2020 22:07 | i run limited size books everywhere but you could do a boook of 10 uk, and not bother with any in comms or forex etc i find a good overall number is 20 geographically spread, sector spread and obviously try make sure you have zero correlations within each book Its only a suggestion. I used to do same as you years ago Really no need though. Just put a bit extra into less | spartan attack
05/6/2020 21:59 | Its too many. imo Weekend work, i typically find 20 potentials. And during the week, maybe 5 will bring to the table, exactly as planned to press the execution button And its easier manage. Honestly it will pay the same as many Just run books Example continuous 5 ftse 350, book of 4 etfs. book of 3 america , book of 3 soft comms etc Your only putting a new value in after you close one out Much easier control. Easy work It stops too much trading or investing. Keeps you focused on value, when you close one and can only replace one in that book. Makes you truly see top dollar, everything right, value | spartan attack
05/6/2020 21:53 | I'm still learning. Need to keep an eye on bear side. Last two days I opened over 14 positions and monitored existing and potentials. Very messy. | pione3r
05/6/2020 21:51 | lets have a completely pointless hypothesis game No FED interference in the period. DOw price today? Il say sub 15000 Its an important game. It tells you what you think true value is, and indeed, a target for the other way some day. Ftse id put 3500 minimum today | spartan attack
05/6/2020 21:49 | Lets be honest here. When it all kicked off, circuit wires were getting hit regularly The Feds are the market as we all know. And artificial in full. DOnt fight the current as you say, but jees, expect mayhem at some stage its not there yet, but be watching for the signs | spartan attack
05/6/2020 21:46 | Its the natural cycle. But the bull side is all that feels natural to most. The bear is as natural if not more so | spartan attack
05/6/2020 21:45 | i do most of my work on weekends. During week is just about managing the books really ie positions. Im never holding such on a weekend again. Record bull brings record bear one day. May not be tomorrow or next day, but its pretty much assured | spartan attack
05/6/2020 21:43 | " Im out anyway so i hope it doesnt bull to 27600 first lol" Doubt it will go straight up. Gotta trap some bears first. Lots of analysis to do tomorrow. Above avg, ma etc. Good to have a break to plan week out. | pione3r
05/6/2020 21:40 | You know how it goes beerboy.... the usual crew will arrive next week to tell us about our losses last week in all calls | spartan attack
05/6/2020 21:40 | Thanks, brought the best out of us. | pione3r
05/6/2020 21:39 | Thumbs up :) | beerboy2
05/6/2020 21:38 | I would accept new highs coming. i think diku does too although he will confirm himself Where the value is , is the next thought Hope to see good stuff if dow pulls back to the mentioned area Im out anyway so i hope it doesnt bull to 27600 first lol | spartan attack
05/6/2020 21:38 | SA and Pione respect to you both, good calls and you laid it all out for all to see? | beerboy2
05/6/2020 21:37 | I've been told new highs coming though lol Last hour sell could be genuine or just liquidity stalled. Find out Sunday night. | pione3r
05/6/2020 21:32 | Range 26500 to 26600, is a mighty support zone 27600 the target for most now you reckon? As next assess | spartan attack
05/6/2020 21:18 | Think Dow 27200 might just be short term top...over extended last 3 weeks... | diku
05/6/2020 21:13 | This last hour sell perplexed me. I don't know what to make of it. UK markets closed strong though. | pione3r
05/6/2020 21:10 | Sbb1x, no I'm still holding all into weekend. The competition however cancelled as I opened 20k positions on 10k budget loool It was bloody good though. smartie waiting for markets to crash. | pione3r
05/6/2020 20:35 | Still slightly above record high. Everything stalled so thats it for tonight, or to 2055 anyway lol | spartan attack
05/6/2020 20:33 | Isn't Nas at all time highs again....10k has to hit...that suggest Dow will eventually hit 29600 again... | diku
05/6/2020 20:21 | In fairness to pione, he was well ahead on the stocks. got rises yesterday too. Mine were still flat | spartan attack |
