Barclays are not going to pay a dividend in 2020 or the 2019 one.
RBS have agreed on the 2019.

I would love nothing more than to see the banks all cut their divis and plunge. Seen as the safe stocks by the financial advisors, so an amazing opportunity to further liquidate the baby boomers. We have to ensure they have limited funds to pass on to their loved ones....

If that’s the case then RBS won’t be far behind then Lloyd’s.
You’re right I’d expect to see barclays trading under 70p tomorrow.
