02/3/2020 07:56 | This is good chance for shorters to add more short. Still think this is a dead cat bounce and thanks to Fed rate hint of 50p cut and also incoming QE: But I believe this is a false move up We will see by Friday | marie_from_malta

02/3/2020 07:34 | Marie, it’s disappointing that you are running so many accounts. It’s even worse that you deny it. The only reason we are seeing market increases is a result of interest rate measures being advised. Once these prove insufficient what do you think the results will be then Marie or susiebe? | ![]() smartie6
02/3/2020 07:31 | SR, I’m completely out of the market now. Risk is too high imo, what is a 10% gain at the most worth when the risk could be a 60% plus loss. I had individuals over the weekend trying to convince me that the Coronavirus outbreak was a short term blip and markets would comeback in the 2nd quarter much stronger. I asked myself searching questions, more importantly what was their agenda or were they totally misguided. | ![]() smartie6
02/3/2020 07:29 | Im not Marie,am not shorting and do believe there will ne a market rebound as was mentioned in weekend press.Futures up this am | ![]() susiebe
02/3/2020 07:18 | Marie/susiebe, or whoever you are today. Are you advocating investing in the market now? I thought you were shorting the market? How does interest rate cuts assist against supply chain issues and the spread of Coronavirus? When they come to terms with it isn’t it inevitable that the market will crash? As performance of each individual company deteriorates and we see more SME’s fail as they cannot service debt, will these bring about the demise of larger corporates? In turn will there be any respite for the Banks. Looks to me that a recession is inevitable and no matter what the central banks do for political correctness imo will fail. DYOR | ![]() smartie6
