 ASX Voluntary Suspension 
 

Metminco Limited ("Metminco" or the "Company") (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) advises that, further to its announcement dated 13 September 2018, it is not yet in position to make an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising and acquisition.

Consequently, the Company has requested a voluntary suspension of the Company from the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") today pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2. The ASX Voluntary Suspension was requested in connection with an announcement that the Company expects to make regarding a proposed capital raising and acquisition.

The Company requested the voluntary suspension be ended on the earlier of the commencement of trading (10:00am EST) on ASX on Tuesday 18(th) September 2018, or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market.

Trading in the Company's shares on AIM remains, and will continue to be, suspended pursuant to Rule 14 of the AIM Rules for Companies as previously advised.
