18/12/2009 16:59 | tsmith2 - 10 Dec'09 - 12:36 - 1992 of 2002 surely you'd be buying johnlll if you were confident in your source.. ------------ tsmith2 - yes, I definitely would be, but alas the credit crunch means no bonus, no cash, no investible funds. I am fully invested elsewhere and don't really want to sell anything to buy even more MTL. My source is reliable, but I only mention it here in case anyone else might be able to corroborate. It is only a rumour, and I don't pretend to have any inside scoop. Just hoping someone else might have heard something. BTW sorry for late reply. Am having a holiday in sunny India. Never been here before, just found a computer to login at hotel in Jaipur. | johnlll
15/12/2009 17:44 | Agree we should start seeing the shares move up quite nicely. | tsmith2

11/12/2009 12:49 | Massive trades going through? Overhang clearing some one taking a position? Just reading up on this one looks way over done? | love it
11/12/2009 07:48 | maybe if Candy were to make a bid at a derisory level another would follow. | holism
10/12/2009 16:51 | Decent buying today (once again) at some point the selling will be no longer be there (very soon). Positive news could really see these motor very nicely. | tsmith2
10/12/2009 16:37 | This looks to be where the support is so in we go!!!! | giantpeach2
10/12/2009 12:45 | It's probably nonsense but whatever way you want to look at it these are undervalued so one should be buying anyway. | thx1138
10/12/2009 12:43 | Can you clarify the logic for an inexperienced investor such as I ? I thought you could buy these at 12p anyway, and if the main shareholder wants away, isn't he of 'stressed seller' status ? I don't get it. | peawacks
10/12/2009 12:36 | surely you'd be buying johnlll if you were confident in your source.. | tsmith2
10/12/2009 10:57 | Cheers THX. Sorry I can't be more specific but it is from someone who is normally reliable with good sources, so I have to listen. 30p would be a tad disappointing I have to say. What is very clear, to us at least, is that we are seriously undervalued at present. | johnlll
10/12/2009 10:53 | I haven't heard anything but I wouldn't be at all surprised. | thx1138
10/12/2009 10:49 | Hi guys I have been a holder for over 2 years but have never posted here before. What prompts me to post however is that I am hearing rumours of a bid at 30p prompteed by the Candy Bros desire to exit. Anyone know anything about this? | johnlll
10/12/2009 08:12 | MTL has had its moments the share price has been up and down like Tiger off the golf course. The trouble with this company is that it cannot maintain any momentum or stable story. It is extremely hard to map out what the company is doing. There is nobody on the board with appropriate experience to start and develop a mine. Until that changes I fear this company is going nowhere. Enetertaining at Cheltenam and Twickers is not going to advance the company's prospects. It has so much potential and real value in the ground. If I were Mr Candy I would take the company over sack the board and get a mine plan up and running. Clearly the paper work has been done, the FTAA is a clear example of success, but what else has been achieved in the last three years. The share price says it all. | holism
09/12/2009 18:53 | seagreen, I agree with your post. | thx1138
09/12/2009 18:34 | Wont be the first thing Tom gets wrong.........! Still think BZT is the philipino flyer and will 5 or 6 bag...... but whilst I was not prepared to play MTL at 24p its price has halved and its total gold resource has only lost a quarter (still got the moly) although infact the quality of the remaining resource has improved so does not warrant a 50% reduction in my book Also a lot of these aim gold plays have not increased at the same rate as the pog should have sugested so there should be are rerating next year of some | seagreen
09/12/2009 17:20 | decent buying pressure today. selling quite cleared being mopped up. lets see if the selling has finished as we should start seeing a decent rally here.. | tsmith2
09/12/2009 15:59 | joined de party this is nonsence cheap asda give away price now | seagreen
09/12/2009 09:24 | given that we have halved and that the market has over reacted by some long way, IMHO now. Also we are likely to have news before xmas with drilling going on - step out etc. Management out on site this week so news possibly as early as next week. Now that things have calmed it helps re-reading the update. | tsmith2
08/12/2009 19:17 | the question here is where is the entry point? Easy target for the market at the moment | romeoandjuliet |
