So, Thomas the tank engine wants to take this over, with zero experience of even running a tea trolley?

Im waiting for 0.04p for my next top-up Eddie - i cannot see anything positive here for at least the next 6 months and we have a seller who has to sell because they cannot raise funds elsewhere due to market conditions...in other words a recipe for a real terms death spiral that could end badly.

Unfortunate timing for MNRG but that is how things are and the BOD have no realistic options but to try and wait it out.It is going to be a painful watch seeing this play out here.

Have put a cheeky and large order on in that price range ( 0.0477p ) you never know this could dip fast to that range and bounce off quick....so if the dumper wants to offload i will have some at that price.

Looks like the seller is back :-( i wonder if we can hold 0.07p or are we in for another sharp move down again.

Buyers could be tempted here at 0.04p - 0.05p IMHO

Cerrosdelaguila - i dont think the seller is out yet,we know who the seller is and we know they had over 5% still to shift a few weeks back.As for RG purchases they are tiny and if anything they will cause more concearn IMO if he was genuine in his belief that MNRG is undervalued he should be buying huge chunks of the company.

My own view is that the current market conditions are going to get far far worse and all smallcaps and nanocaps are going to get a big hammering...im sure RG is aware of that too and we can only hope he is not tempted to do another deep discount placing as we are running out of road ( and time ) on that front.

If we see another 50%+ drop here on placings or further legal shenanigans i reckon that will be the last straw here for many holders.

So is our seller out? Is that why Rolf's buying. Not a bad sign imo if I've interpreted that correctly

Yep Round of applause for our current BOD who have overseen the collapse of the Mcap and share price whilst doubling debt and paying themselves bonuses whilst massive dilution has also occurred.

I estimate there are less than 45m to still offload at current run-rate but obviously the buying interest here has dried up over the last week..my hunch is the overhang will be clear by the start of december.

We do seem to have a modest support at 0.07p currently but that could change should the dumper have a few busy days.

The deadline is today for the payment ( 4pm October 26th ) i worry if this payment is not made we will see another big wave of selling and is anyones guess where we end up...its time for some serious management changes here before all value is lost.

From Latest RNS :::

"We understand that Mr Rocco and associates have publicly stated that BritEnergy Holdings LLP and BritNRG Ltd will appeal the latest judgements against them. We would suggest that this merely shows a refusal to accept the reality of the situation in which the first and third defendants now find themselves; namely that payment of the sum of £1,019,999 must now be made to the Company by 4pm on 26 October 2022 together with a further £65,000, by way of an interim costs award"

Long suffering holder here ! we have hit all time lows again today but is worth considering that we are in an Uber Bear Market and smallcaps always suffer the most in these circumstances...my guess is we are heading down to 0.05p levels before a strong reaction and bounce will happen.The company should be doing far better at operational level by mid to late 2023 if they can survive this current financial crisis though.

At 0.05p this will be a stonking buy for those looking for top-ups on the cheap.

EQT need to raise cash, and MNRG were supposed to be doing that for them, so it makes sense that EQT just dump the MNRG shares instead. Why have the risk when you need cash?
