You had £100k in shares though at the peak. Then sold down £50k at about 2.8p then sold the rest lower according to your posts. Now you say buy back at 2.2p or whatever. Not the most profitable trade plan so far?

Unfortunately, not on the MTR list. I wouldnt trust the CEO of MTR any way. Normally one of the first to find out any information regarding MOD.

Paleje, i can assure you the flippers havent lost out and nor have 90% of the fund managers that took part in the placing. Its called hedging, and many had taken positions to compensate for the drop in share price

You will start to see those positions being closed now.

Lots of Fake news going on , many think news next week and just plain guess work. Those that bought on the back of that today will be first to sell on Tuesday. I would be the first one to know if Assay results were coming.


Typical AIM. Rookie my advice to u is dont trust grown ups. Just slog it out here untill next year.

Lads, don't throw the kitchen sink at the moment...wait for the dust to settle. Ignore those that think this is a bargain currently...The MM that is dealing with the placing shares for MTR is still on the bid side.

Your question isn't stupid rookie, the person you're asking is questionable though.

In retrospect, which we never have at the time, the recent placing was a botch and does MM no credit. The company got its cash fair enough but pi's have been stiffed as usual and even flippers have lost out, many selling at a loss and reliant on the warrants to compensate them some time in the future. He would blame the broker and market conditions but he had to sanction it, he could and should have done better.

Hopefully it won't be too long recovering as news is released and investors return from their hols.

Technical Analysis do help traders but use them wisely. Support and Resistance are key levels but as i have mentioned many times...there are events going on in the back ground that are only in the interest of bid lads with money. They will never let this share go up too much as too much too loose. I keep going on sbout this 6p bid and many were giving me a stick but sadly i think that will be the case. These chsps will even try 5p full offer with seats on the new board for old directors and plenty if sweetners.

Bonkers a good TA man, he’s no ramper just says what he sees. No issue with that.

What we are witnessing is manipulation of share price by city insiders, MOD appear to be holding back news until market resumes to normality.

Best load up and await the re-rate.

You need to ask the questions. the fact is the CEO screwed up and many investors that about above 3p are suffering a big percent loss.
You just need to stay in this game.

AIM is a strange world. I know many investors that are no longer in this game due to making loss after loss. Understanding AIM is 50% of your trade and 50% is fundamentals and luck.many will get another very good chance here to buy. Anything from 2 to 2.2p will be a steal.

Have to say well called on your share price prediction oig. You are much nearer the mark than that TA guru on the other side. But I must say, you have misread the Rns. Sprott is holding the same shares but merely stating the obvious of a % reduction after the placing but before their new shares settle on Aug 31.

So Sprott are reducing their holding...wounder why? Maybe didn't get their way for the 6p takeover bid.
