The Company has been informed that Cornelius Conlon, Group CTO and Managing Director, Merit Data & Technology, purchased 20,750 Ordinary Shares of 28 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 73 pence per Ordinary Share on 23 May 2024.

Following this purchase, Mr. Conlon has an interest in 1,601,541 Ordinary Shares representing 6.69% of the Company's issued share capital.
