I see Master RSI's call here has turned out to be as stunningly successful as ever.

Hope not too many roped in by his BS P & D.

The future will become clearer post results.

jamesjoel up to you but why put into something which has fallen to this level when there may be better opportunities.
Yes this could rise but if it falls again then?
If it rises your other losses will reduce anyway but if it falls again then your averaged down losses will increase too.
See what the results bring and then decide - imho!

Agree Dennis !
Do you think its worth a punt !
Obviously termination of the YSL contract has effectivly hammered this stock but they have tried to replace it with other licences and they have a three year plan to replace the revenues.
I am a current holder holding a big loss(should have set a stop loss)but may be worth a gamble to average down.

Other companies in this special segment are reporting good trading, customers largely immune to crisis.

Prelims usually out at 7.00am so it seems TDW estimated date incorrect.

are the prelims out today? Or will they be announced after the markets have closed?

In today's Daily Mail Weekend magazine, on page 3 :-

"Wear this, www.homebodylondon.co.uk , Homebody's versatile clothes have been a sellout success in Harrods and Selfridges. Check out the full range online, including this Selma beach kimono, £165" (with large picture of model wearing it).

They have co-ordinated the same picture onto front page of the website ready for visitors to see.

From Hardman June report:

"Marchpole is currently in close period and we await the results for the year to end-March. We realise that investors have been waiting for a new research note on this major fashion retailer, and that the share price is suffering because of a lack of outside opinion, but our report is not yet ready for release."

Cheers FDH.

I did notice at the bottom of the recent RNS this statement:-

"Marchpole remains committed to strengthening and broadening its portfolio and continues to make progress in securing further earnings enhancing agreements for the current financial year."

Perhaps more to to come?

Hi dan. Nice to see you still around. Sorry to see you are in the same boat as me though. What I'd really like to know is which river we are in. Up de swannee and in de nile at the same time methinks. Reading MPH's latest RNS nothing seems to have changed from a year back: new flagship store opening, new licence agreements, long lists of accomplishments for editors: brands managed and owned, acquisitions galore. All in great contrast to the slumped share price. Talk about a disconnect. Just have to hope that MM and all at global HQ in Berners Street know something the share price doesn't! Regards FDH

All well and good. But no good if MPH do not make any money out of the licences. I would think that people may not be investing because of the shinnanigans of the last 12 months. Lack of info ect.
