16/2/2008 09:10 | Cheers DDL but I (in fact no one) didn't call the big post interim fall. I suffered in that drop also. The only thing I have done is caution against diving in / holding since - among many others. There is value here now if you believe they will survive and re-establish UK sales and margins. I really dont know if they will. | momentos
16/2/2008 00:08 | Master RSI:- Momentos knows MPH inside out, his opinion is to be respected, I should have listened to him, if I had, then I might not be sitting on some horrendous losses. But hey, some ramping of MPH has only to be welcomed, especially from yourself. the prospects are there, must be worth a gamble, unfortunatley. | dan de lion
15/2/2008 16:29 | More small buys has been going on at Plus YES all buys today 87697 shares | master rsi
15/2/2008 16:24 | OK, good luck if you've had a punt. I hope it does move north. | momentos
15/2/2008 16:22 | I am pretty good at starting threads at bottom, but NO thanks, I have not allways the time to keep posters up to date | master rsi
15/2/2008 16:21 | I only noticed some action since reaching bottom at 12 / 13p ( though not by much ) is usualy the way shares are moving higher, from bottom like this 12 / 13p on 12 Feb 12.50 / 13p on 13th feb 12.75 / 13p on today 15th online buying at 12,90p then 12,95p | master rsi
15/2/2008 16:15 | The organiser, as indicated, is Marben, who also posts here. The publicity at the top yes I added as I started the thread. An idea for you: if you don't like it, start another thread! | momentos
15/2/2008 16:13 | BTW I will not take you through the grounds of action here for obvious reasons. Suffice to say if you research back on this thread and otherwise you will find them. | momentos
15/2/2008 16:13 | Wrong? organise on this Thread, for sure | master rsi
15/2/2008 16:11 | Wrong. Although I may re-purchase for that purpose, correct. I am also not the organiser! | momentos
15/2/2008 16:10 | Despite of those IN and OUT You are still holding some shares, so you can organise >>>>>>>>>> Marchpole Shareholders Action Group >>>>>>>>>> for SOUR GRAPES | master rsi
15/2/2008 16:08 | "However, measures taken during the current period will put it in a good position to increase its customer base and to take advantage of future profitable trading opportunities", it said. Mostly meaningless guff from an RNS from a company with Rotational Linguistic problems. Although I do agree there is potential if UK margins can be reestablished: that is the key. Three steps from the move: will.... ... position to .... ...future... | momentos
15/2/2008 16:03 | Indeed there is nothing at all to be learned from history. Or from past and current accounts. Or from Directors past behaviour. I have traded in and out of Marchpole for several years. I have researched info on Marchpole for threads for several years. You can call it sour grapes, I call it opinion. You are allowed yours, I am allowed to disagree! In fact I may even desist from calling your posts an attempt at ramping, cos I'm nice like that. | momentos
15/2/2008 15:58 | momentos re- bigger shift from 185p to 13p than the offer moving from 12.90p to 12.95p! you are a "sour grapes" by your comment , you may not want to admited but it is pretty clear for me. One has to look forward not Backwards (Like you), otherwise you may find some awkward "STUFF" at your "BACK SIDE" | master rsi
15/2/2008 15:53 | That was right about 2007/08 fcast I would rather look forward to the other comment at this low price ........... "However, measures taken during the current period will put it in a good position to increase its customer base and to take advantage of future profitable trading opportunities", it said. | master rsi
15/2/2008 15:50 | BTW I think most people might be more concerned by the slightly (3440 times) bigger shift from 185p to 13p than the offer moving from 12.90p to 12.95p! | momentos
15/2/2008 15:41 | No sour grapes, merely pointing out that the not exactly hard to find IMS of 1/2 states a LOSS for ye March 2008 (clue: see News in header). So all those forecasts are basically rubbish. Apologies if pointing out the obvious error causes offence! | momentos
15/2/2008 15:35 | It seems there are plenty of "SOUR grapes" around, inclusive of the one opening the Thread last year | master rsi
15/2/2008 15:26 | 'tis always a good thing to try to scratch more than the surface with your research! | momentos
15/2/2008 15:22 | FWIW, the forecast figures for the Y/E March 2008 (over the last year):- EPS REV 12 months ago.......15.7p 42m 6 " " .......21.1p 66m 3 " " .......19.6p 72m 1 " " .......10.1p 58m 1 week ago ........15.6p 58m PE < 1 and yield at the moment of some 33%. Likely range of movement over next few months from todays price:- between - 2 or 3p to + 100 or 140p ??? Food for thought? M4 | macaw4
15/2/2008 15:11 | There is signs of some investors are nibling at the stock, and by the looks of it the price for buying is improving, this morning was 12.90p to buy now is 12.95p on the last trades L2 is 1 v 1 Most trades are done at " Plus Market " Link | master rsi |
