Netty, just trying to do the right thing by folk here, not that I have a vested interest in this stock. We are not all driven by where our cash happens to be. I did not realise that I had spurned you elsewhere, anyhow whatever the question was I am very happy now with matters moving forwards there, as should you be IMO.

OD, I have simply stated that there will be an RNS issued on Monday as required by AIM rules. I have not commented on the possible content, as I do not know what it will state just that it will be released. I make this statement having sought clarification with those responsible for its release. I thought that some holders may wish to know this not having looked into the matter themselves, clearly you do not count amongst their number.

But still you wander on reflection how/why ever you bother....
Presumably, because you think at some point the expansion could eventually lead to value - if they don't crash the Co - so recklessly throwing the working capital out of window.

But you're not rising to my barb about elsewhere - which can presumably go on for ever and a day with a new annual story to tell - without ever any delivery!

OD, just trying to help. As I stated previously this is the real deadline and not the one that most had incorrectly assumed as being last month. From the conversation that I had it appeared that the statement was ready for release Friday evening but in the end they decided to go with Monday morning. As I say I would like to think it will be what you want to hear, either way it will become clearer soon enough.

At least there is a deadline Mike with a decision either way.
Rather than a more fairy-tale like world. Where different stories and plans are sold annually, never implemented and punters are reassured for ever.

Delisting deadline is normally six months from the suspension date. However the LSE can extend this further if they are satisfied the company is making every effort to relist within a matter of weeks.

I have held enough of these suspended dogs to know.

Relations with Shareholders

The Company values the views of its shareholders and recognises their interest in the Company's strategy and performance. The Board is available to discuss current events with its institutional and private shareholders


Shame they never seem to be available when you phone them and just leave everything to numpties who can't say anything about anything ever......

Neither of the above...just hoping for the best but expecting the worst....no doubt any news will only get issued well after the market closes, probably @6pm....we've been here too many times now already. No one knows for sure what the hell the potential delisting date actualy is, could be today, could be Monday could be the end of the month....does anyone really care any more anyway, I don't...what will be will be.

Correct....It's this bit that we are waiting for:-

The interim results for the six months to 30 June 2102 are expected to be published"early next month" (which means this month)
and will provide shareholders with a full update on the period under review. Accordingly, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will remain suspended pending release of the interim results.

That's a stupid question, don't you think? Why would they bother with all the other RNS, especially the one we got today re AGM, and published annual reports if "MHG is heading for delisting"???
